Compact and Well-Balanced Design

Every extra gram in the equipment counts. The Krypton 2 is easy and comfortable to use. With its short length, lightweight design, and even weight distribution, it has minimal impact on balance when mounted on an optical lens, while the controls are easily accessible.

Durable Magnesium Alloy Housing

A durable, lightweight magnesium alloy housing has high structural strength, protecting the Krypton 2 from shocks and vibrations, and is resistant to external mechanical, temperature, and climatic effects. The magnesium alloy housing effectively removes and dissipates heat from the thermal imaging device's electronic components, increasing the device's operational stability.

Excellent Energy Efficiency

The rechargeable quick-change Li-Ion battery IPS7 provides enough power for up to 11 hours of continuous operation. With one battery, the unit can operate all night without needing replacement. The quick release and wireless design, along with the long operating time, are the main features of this power system.

High Definition Thermal Imaging

The European thermal imaging sensor 12 μm / 640×480 pixel ensures a sharp thermal image with rich contrast for improved recognition of animals, their edges, and even the smallest details, such as branches, leaves, grass, and ground.

Extremely Long Detection Range 2300 m

The powerful objective lens combined with the professional 12 μm thermal imaging sensor provides exceptional detection capabilities. A typical 1.8-meter tall object can be detected at a distance of 2300 meters in absolute darkness.

High Sensitivity Thermal Sensor

The thermal imaging sensor 384×288 pixel @ 17 with NETD <25mK ensures perfect detail recognition even in the most challenging weather conditions when thermal contrast is low. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible during rain, fog, or cold mornings in the most difficult conditions for thermal imaging.
