A great advantage is that it is incredibly energy-efficient, consuming approximately 125W on the medium setting (see attached photo). It quickly lowers humidity levels, about 15 degrees in 7-8 hours, down to 60 degrees. However, it struggles to achieve levels below 60 degrees.
It is relatively quiet for the job it does, although not the quietest on the market. The noise that many mention is due to the plastic water container resonating with the compressor vibrations, causing the plastic to make noise. This problem can be immediately solved by pressing the water drawer slightly inward, which stops the noise. Overall, it is not the most durable in terms of construction quality.
The two main drawbacks I can point out are that firstly, the water container is quite small, and secondly, when it reaches the desired humidity level that we have set (let's say 60 degrees), it stops functioning but the display shows around 70 degrees, even though the actual humidity is 60 degrees! This is a paradox in its operation that I do not understand why it happens...
UPDATE: After 1 month of continuous use, I noticed that the oscillation of the water container (which causes the noise that everyone mentions) only occurs when the water container is quite full, from about the middle and above. So, to avoid the noise, empty it as often as possible, especially before going to bed.
It is a really nice dehumidifier, easy to understand and operate and it does lower the humidity as it supposed to. It is good to leave it running in the beginning a few days all the day, so it really takes out all the humidity and then use it as needed. Also for drying clothes it kind of worked... if you want it to dry them quickly, you need to put them in a small room, like bathroom and also, when washing your clothes put then on really high spinning cycle so it is pretty dry to begin with. But the biggest disappointment is the size of the water collector, it really fills up quite quickly, wish it would be bigger. But overall happy with the purchase!
It does an excellent job, but the syncing issue is unbearable. I have two Inventors, a 20-liter Eva II Pro, and this one. Both have the same issue...and reading comments, I'm not the only one.
Too bad, I won't choose it again
VFM product for its job. The noise they mention is indeed a slight inconvenience due to the compressor, but in its low operation, it is imperceptible. Personally, I cannot sleep in the same room, but if you have it outside in some other area of the house, you are comfortable. Sturdy construction and for a space of max 65 sq.m., it is a very good choice.
The dehumidifier is relatively good. I wouldn't say it's for a bedroom because although the noise during operation is not very loud, when it opens or closes automatically it makes a slightly louder noise. Also, if you sleep and the container fills up, it definitely wakes you up because it notifies you with a loud sound. Generally, when I operate it while sleeping (while it's on the other side of the room), I wake up tired. The container fills up every 2 days or so (I have moderate humidity).
It does NOT have an activated carbon filter or a HEPA filter.
I believe that in the end, it's not worth buying since it doesn't have the above filters and it also makes a lot of noise. It's better to buy either a truly noiseless one or a more expensive one (for a larger space) with the above filters.

I also have the smart 25l of the same brand and I am very satisfied.
In this one, when the compressor is running, it makes a continuous metallic sound, like a tuning, something like an old refrigerator. It's kind of annoying.
However, it does a good job and pulls full humidity.
If it had a slightly larger water collection tank and didn't make the sound, I would give it 5 stars.
Update 5 months later
The sound it made has improved, probably I had placed it either on an uneven surface, causing it to vibrate, or on a slightly sloping surface and something was resonating.
It still does a good job
After a lot of market research, I bought this product 2 months ago for my 60sqm house in Athens (which now has incredible humidity). I have set it to 55% and it works perfectly. It has now lowered the humidity to desired levels and automates itself. I highly recommend it without a second thought because it has nothing to envy from more expensive ones.
For a 45sqm apartment, it is ideal. In the automatic program (after two consecutive days of use, to lower the humidity to desired levels), it works perfectly.
Excellent value for money product, it seems well made, the noise it makes is tolerable and it produces water all day long. The feeling of the difference in humidity is subjective, but it definitely collects the liters of water from somewhere.
After 3 weeks of use, I can say that it works perfectly. It took 4 days to reduce the humidity by 45%. Now it works on the lowest setting and I am satisfied. It is quiet. It is worth its money at 150€
