The casserole of the company ArtGaz is a cooking utensil with a lid, which has the property of maintaining the temperature inside and heating uniformly. It is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a steady temperature. Cast iron casseroles heat up more slowly and maintain a stable temperature for a longer time. It does not have a non-stick coating, so it requires a significant amount of oil in cooking to prevent food from sticking.

I bought the two-tone blue one and I have to say that apart from the design and the color which are very nice, it is also very high quality. It cleans easily and has a good capacity for a family's meals. I highly recommend it.
It really does a great job of cooking and it is the first pan I have bought that doesn't stick the food! Finally, cleaning is done without scrubbing!
Very good product at a good price! I liked that it retains heat for many hours after cooking! It is easy to clean and the 2-3 dishes I cooked so far turned out very tasty! I also tried it on an induction stove! Overall, I am very satisfied!
