The charcoal grill from vidaXL, has a cooking area of 26.5x26.5 centimeters where you can grill approximately 1 steaks simultaneously. It is made of ceramic material, which allows for even distribution of heat in your grilled food. It is designed with a lid and by closing it you can achieve baking similar to that of an oven. With this technique, we usually bake large pieces of meat that require a long time to tenderize and at a low temperature to avoid burning. It has a smoker where you can place special smoking chips (not included in the package) to give your grilled food a smoky flavor.
