I was looking for this kind of hiking boot at this price range! They turned out to be perfect, comfortable, and they don't slip. I've had them for about 20 days. Of course, I was looking for a vegan shoe!
I bought them because I liked them visually and I also read good reviews about their waterproofing and slip resistance. And while it is true that they are waterproof and kept my feet dry in rain and water in general, I was ultimately disappointed by the quality of the sole, which slips on anything wet, no matter how rough it is. For tiles and pavements, I don't even want to discuss it... I'm ice skating. Even the car pedals slip when the sole is wet. I don't agree with the other reviews about it not being slippery. Such a shame... because I will wear them with caution.
Only two stars just because it is a nice shoe, it hugs the foot well, and it is indeed waterproof. I haven't experienced the issue of the slippery sole, but I consider it unacceptable for this category of shoes!!!
These are specifically for off-road mountains, on wet tiles they are killers, you can't stand upright, unacceptable for everyday use.
As previous reviewers have mentioned, they are waterproof. They have been tested during long hikes in snow, mud, and hunting, and my feet remained dry. The only thing I didn't like is their grip, they slip excessively, especially on wet rocks. Also, even though I bought size 47, which corresponds to a foot length of 31 centimeters, they are slightly small. For the price of 43 euros that they were purchased, I believe they are a good value for money.
Comfortable, lightweight, soft. No comparison to other "junk" I've tried. I still don't know how it will perform in snowy conditions during winter, but when I tested it in a cave, not only did half of the shoe go into water and I didn't feel the slightest bit of moisture, but its grip was extremely stable. I don't know how long it will last, but at €60, I think it's an excellent value for money.
VFM....For their price, they are great... Excellent in terms of appearance... As for their durability, it remains to be seen, but the first impression is positive!
I bought them on Black Friday, costing 42 with shipping. I consider it an excellent opportunity for such a technical shoe and fully waterproof. I don't know about durability yet, but they are very well made in terms of quality
It seems to be good in terms of quality. The rubber on the bottom is very good. Lightweight. Size 47 fits me just right, I usually wear 47.5 in Nike. Very good cushioning. One issue that I hope will be overcome is that the heel cover is very hard and hits the ankles directly. I have had it for a week. I will come back a month later after using it in 30-degree snow and once it has molded to my foot shape, I have to say that it is very stable, completely waterproof, at least in snowy conditions. And lightweight. The footbed anatomy is not that of a sports shoe, but it does not bother the grip on snowy and rough terrain, which is excellent.
