After reading the 155 reviews, I decided to buy this washing machine. The purchase was made a month ago. So far, in about 20 washes, it has torn 6 of our clothes - 3 underwear, 2 socks, and a blouse. Additionally, we haven't been able to smell the fabric softener. For some reason, it swallows it.
A technician came and checked it, confirming that there is indeed a problem. We are waiting for Samsung's response. They informed me that it will probably be repaired instead of replaced, which is the usual procedure in such cases due to company policy.
However, I'm not sure if I want to take the risk again and lose more clothes in the process, so I will act accordingly based on the company's response.
It's a shame because it replaced an AEG washing machine that served us well for 10 years, considering that we live in an area with hard water due to minerals.
It would be better if we left a review after using the product and forming an opinion. Why should I leave a review for a product I've only used for a month? I'm referring to most of the reviews this product had.
It's a pity for Samsung, they should stick to making televisions.
Update:
The drum, rubber seal, and detergent dispenser were all replaced. The problem regarding clothes tearing has been resolved, but not the issue with the fabric softener and smell. Unfortunately, it still swallows it for some reason, no matter what fabric softener we use. I'm tired of it, I won't deal with it anymore, we'll wash our clothes without fabric softener from now on.
I will stick to my initial comment that every company should produce a specific product if they do it well, so next time, Samsung, stick to making televisions.
Update 2:
After the repair, within two weeks, it started tearing clothes again. Mostly socks and underwear. Also, a short-sleeved shirt. Additionally, it makes a lot of noise in programs with high speeds, as if the drum wants to jump out of the machine.
I contacted the company's service again and informed them that I want a replacement. It's the company's policy not to proceed with replacements, only repairs. They told me that if I want a replacement, I should contact the store where I bought it. I contacted the store, and after much pressure, they informed me that they will proceed with a replacement, sending a new washing machine and taking the old one. However, I need to make a relevant request through Scroutz.
I made the request and also contacted Scroutz's customer service. They informed me that they will come to pick up the washing machine, but they won't bring a new one. Instead, they will inspect the old one with their specialists. I am in Peloponnese, and the washing machine needs to be sent to Thessaloniki. In the meantime, I asked them how I will wash my clothes and that the communication with the store was different. In the end, I refused to let anyone pick up the washing machine unless they bring a new one.
So far, due to the holidays, the situation remains stagnant. It's a shame for such a reputable company to have such a policy. I will never buy a similar product, not even a television.
Update 3:
The store where I bought it (Thesgadget) did not help me at all in this matter. They were rude and provocative without me understanding the reason at first, but I understood it later after reading a relevant review. They were rude and did not help me regarding the replacement because this particular model is not intended for the Greek market and the company does not cover it in case of continuous damage with replacement only in continuous repairs. This was informed to me by the official service of the company yesterday via email. The only ones trying to help me in this matter are the team of Skroutz who really try to find a solution with daily communication. However, a solution has not yet been found and I continue to lose or tear something in every 2nd or 3rd wash as I have no other device to operate. Shame on the company and the store, that's it. Better to buy from big chains, at least there you are covered.

Did you see the model code anywhere in the description? (WW90T504DAX/S7) clearly not. The reason is simple. This model is not supported by the official dealership. A visit to the Samsung website will convince you as soon as you try to register this model for warranty. Similarly, in the spare parts catalog. Disappointment comes from this alone. The bubble cleaning function is not activated. The seller writes one thing and the washing machine performs another. It remains to be proven that it can withstand at least time and I won't have to deal with damages. Otherwise, it is quiet with many programs and customizable so that you can adapt it to your needs. If the warranty and spare parts issue doesn't bother you, go ahead and buy it. I see it with a skeptical eye.

I thought it would dry it and that's why it's taking longer (it said there was 1 minute left for 40 minutes - it does mention in the instructions that the times may vary, but not this much!) but when it finished, it wasn't dry and it could definitely have been better set up. I simply pressed the 15-minute program and let it run. Did I need to do something else? I will update the review if I find something better - which I hope!

Regarding this particular washing machine, I would like to add that it does not actually have a Greek manual, neither in the commands of the machine BUT online as soon as you find it on the site with the manuals, if you press the browser for translation into Greek, everything is automatically translated and everything appears in Greek! (so an extra piece of information)As for the use, I have to say that I am satisfied with the volume that the drum can hold. The noise is like any washing machine I believe, neither completely silent nor noisy, but normal, it does not bother me. Its programs are quite sufficient with settings that we can make on any program according to our needs, both on the dashboard and through the application which for me easily and quickly solves everything. The spins are fine at 800-1000, there is no need for exaggeration if you do not want to "destroy" it immediately, the clothes come out perfectly dry. Cleaning clothes and the smell of fabric softener (you put it up to the max on the blue line, about 1.5 caps of fabric softener) is impeccable, I do not know why some people do not like it or do not smell it at all.
Now you will tell me I have had it for two months. The issue is over time. I will come back for anything. If it lasts longer than the previous one, I will be satisfied.

It has many programs on its own, but you can also see more detailed information and change parameters such as spin speed, temperature, and more from your mobile phone. From the mobile app, you can also tell it what you want to wash (e.g. shirts with socks and pants, colored clothes, slightly dirty) and it will suggest programs based on that.The clothes come out almost completely dry, and when it dries, it makes very little noise and vibrations (if this continues after 1 year, I will be very impressed).
Otherwise, the drum is huge. I come from a 5 kg washing machine, so I went from a situation where at the end of the week sometimes all the clothes couldn't fit inside, to one where I don't have enough clothes to "fill" the drum!
Also, be careful with the overall size of the device! It was my mistake, but I had to unscrew the door to fit it through the door of the room where I wanted to put it. Fortunately, the process was super simple and painless.
As for the price, it is a bit high, but if it is as high-quality as it seems to be so far over a long period of time, then I say it was worth the money.

It is really quiet, you forget that you have put the washing machine, especially if you close the door from the bathroom in a 50sqm house, you can't hear anything. The app, you should know, doesn't work at all, many people have problems with it and I couldn't figure it out. The only annoying thing is that when it finishes, it plays a whole song with beeping.
UPDATE after about 3 months: It washes clothes very well, better than a Hotpoint Ariston steam one I had.
The best program that has worked for me is the cloudy day, which dries them very well and only takes 1 hour and 50 minutes.
It also requires a lot less fabric softener to make the clothes smell nice (I use liquid Planet), as well as less detergent but not significantly less (I use liquid Planet).
P.S. I bought it through Skroutz and regretted it because the shipping company they cooperate with for heavy items refused to bring it up to my floor due to a narrow elevator, even though they had told me they would. Communication with Skroutz's customer care was fruitless and I canceled the order to make it from elsewhere. In the end? While waiting for the new order, I received the old one without realizing it, and Skroutz wanted me to pay for the first canceled order while not refunding me for the second order that I had to cancel after receiving the first one.
A chaos to receive a washing machine after a month and 100 phone calls to Skroutz without getting anywhere.
Very bad experience through Skroutz, in more than one order, so I try not to prefer it.
