I am writing this review as a genuine 16-year-old who spends most of her time on her phone.
Firstly, it is very fast, it doesn't lag, and overall it has no issues with video gaming, even if I use it all day long. (I play games like Cookie Run Kingdom and Roblox, which used to frequently lag on my previous phones.)
Next, the camera is amazing, both the regular and the x0.5 lenses work perfectly. It performs well on most social media platforms, except for Instagram (mainly with videos, not so much with photos).
The fingerprint sensor is on the screen, not on the power button like Android phones usually have, but it works perfectly fine. Just make sure to rescan your fingerprints when you put on a screen protector, as it may not recognize them.
As for the battery, it drains very quickly. For people who don't use their phone for more than 3 hours a day, it's fine. But for me, and I imagine for many other teenagers, who use their phone for around 9 hours a day, it doesn't last with just one charge. I have location and Bluetooth on all the time because I have wireless headphones, so that might be a factor, but even when they are turned off, the battery drains dramatically fast. I have to charge my phone at least once a day after an overnight charge.
Finally, the sound quality is very satisfying. The A52s has a speaker at the bottom next to the charging port, as well as one above the selfie camera. The system is really good.
In conclusion, I recommend this phone to people who want fast speed, a good camera, and good sound system. However, if you don't have the ability to charge it during the day, don't get it. This is specifically for teenagers. Now, for adults (25 years old and above), I believe it will be a very good phone for you as you use it much less and it will meet your needs. I hope I helped.

I have the phone for a year and something..
I am satisfied with its camera, I don't have crazy expectations anyway..

-The screen shakes mainly when I use data..
-The back part came off a few days ago, probably due to overheating. The adhesive couldn't handle it, and this happened during normal use, without any exaggeration! (I haven't dropped the phone to claim that it hit somewhere and came off!)
-Lately, the keyboard gets stuck and types random things!
-As for the signal, I don't know if it's the phone's fault or the network because I'm on an island!
-Very slow fingerprint recognition in general!
-The buttons were getting pressed in my pocket, and I had to change the settings so that it wouldn't try to unlock itself in my pocket!

I have been preferring Samsung phones for years due to the combination of quality and price they offer. So, I know what to expect for the money I pay, more or less.
I bought this particular phone for 369€, but it has more flaws than those in the range of 170-220€.
1. Battery. Okay, if you have it on 5G all day, it's understandable that it won't last for 16 hours. But even with wifi, its performance is not much better.
2. Overheating. When you have 2-3 apps open, it overheats. This happens within seconds when you turn on the hotspot. You are forced to choose dark mode, take off the case, with all the risks that entails.
3. Rejection of the second SIM. In its best state, without overheating, without even using it, only on standby, it rejects the second card, without it being moved or losing contact with the device.
4. Simultaneous use of different SIM cards for calls and data is simply impossible.
5. Screen. The bottom part of the screen trembles periodically, in about 25% of the screen.
6. Inability to make calls and use apps. It requires a restart once a week.
7. Weak speaker. The speaker is completely inadequate, listening to music or making calls with speakerphone on is quite difficult.

Owner since October 2022 with 8GB RAM...so far my only complaint is about the battery life (4-4.5 hours max screen time) because having 120Hz and not enjoying it is wrong...no issues! Nice photos and videos for this price range! I use it for social media to watch videos on YouTube and take photos! Coming from Redmi Note 8 Pro, I only miss the battery and replaced it with A52s because of a bad fall and since then it started having issues.

I have the phone (8/256) as a corporate phone with 1 sim. After 4 months, things are as follows: The mobile runs on Android 13. User-friendly, fast, trouble-free, complete UI5.0. No application crashes anywhere (except for games, I have no idea). The calls (microphone/speaker) are great. The photos are superb during the day, and the night shots are fine. The speakers are decent, and it has an audio jack. The screen is gorgeous, even at 60hz. Overall, everything is good EXCEPT... the BATTERY. This battery drain is terrible, not even my enemy. You start in the morning with 100%, 5g, 120hz. A little social media, email, a lot of music and TuneIn (no radio), a few calls, minimal notifications, no games, and in the afternoon, you run out of battery with 20% and you're looking for a socket because it's dead by evening. It's currently 1:30 pm, and with 4g and 120hz, I'm already at 61%. If you switch to 4g and 60hz, the day ends with 30%. It's unlikely to last 2 years without a battery replacement. In summary, it's a great all-around phone, except for the battery.

After 1.5 years of using this mobile phone, I have to say that I am extremely satisfied! The battery easily lasts all day with a 120 Hz screen refresh rate and 5G on all day. With a 60 Hz refresh rate and 4G network mode, it can easily last 1.5 days. The speaker has Dolby Atmos function, which is very good! As for the camera, it is very good, although clearly inferior to flagship phones like the S series or iPhones, but very good and honest for the category of the phone. In the 8 GB version that I have, it has never frozen even though I play heavy games with high demands. (In games, after a while, you feel the device heating up quite a bit.) The only negative thing that I have noticed, although personally it doesn't bother me because I use headphones, is that during calls, the person you are talking to has difficulty hearing you through the speaker. One last thing worth noting is that the phone constantly receives upgrades from Samsung, which adjusts and improves both the security and performance of the phone.

So, here we go.
I got it at the price of 364 out of 429 with a discount. For me, the only negatives are that it could definitely find a cheaper phone that simulates most of its features and the fact that the charger is small and takes a long time to fully charge.
Now for the positives, which are many:
1st and foremost -> its battery (in contrast to most comments here) is amazing. I charge it every 1.5 days at the earliest, using it for many hours and in applications like TikTok that consume a lot of battery.
2nd -> top-quality photos in daylight, it's like you can capture the image. At night they are less good but definitely better than other phones like Redmi with 108 mpx.
3rd -> excellent speaker, especially for a slightly deaf person like me!
4th -> the screen has incredible resolution and magical colors.
5th -> it's durable even though it's still new.
6th -> the videos are very good even though it's a bit difficult to focus.

I was reading the comments here that there is a problem with the fingerprint reader that doesn't always unlock the screen of the phone successfully. Until I thought about it a bit and realized that the Galaxy A52s is not defective, just Samsung's instructions are lacking. Here's how you can fix your problem and make your fingerprint work flawlessly on your phone:
First of all, as soon as I received the phone, the fingerprint did not work for me either. This is because I followed Samsung's instructions to place our finger vertically on the reader for our fingerprint registration. This is not enough, due to our daily way of holding our phone in our palm, which rarely places our finger in a vertical position (which is also anatomically awkward!) But horizontally or diagonally, or even obliquely.
That's why we need to make sure we don't limit ourselves to what Samsung tells us to do, but to go one step further and repeat the same fingerprint registration process one or two more times at least, going to the relevant settings menu, where we register both the horizontal and diagonal direction of our finger, in addition to the initial vertical one that Samsung suggests. So that we create 1-2 additional fingerprint registrations on the phone. This increases the vertical recognizability of your fingerprint by the phone, due to the wider identification and rotation range of your finger, and solves the problem that many users face here, which indicates that Samsung forgot to introduce the necessary code into the fingerprint reader that would allow it to recognize fingerprints regardless of finger direction.
So, by doing what I advise you, it solves your problems and your phone will now unlock successfully on the first attempt at least in 95% if not 100% of cases. Just like for me!

The phone has one issue which I mention in case it helps someone who has a similar problem. Some A52s phones have a problem with the processor, causing the screen to glitch at times. It's not the screen's fault, so it would be a shame to replace it. The processor is the issue, which cannot be changed. It's like changing the phone. Because I have this issue, I mention it for those who don't know. If the screen glitches again, simply lock and unlock the phone, and the problem is solved.

Owner of version 8/256. The device has some very good features, especially regarding the screen (brightness, color performance, high resolution), main camera (both in photos and videos), and stereo sound. The processor (Snapdragon 778G) is excellent for fast multitasking (I had noticed this for months on the Honor 50). NFC & BT, which I use frequently, also have no problem.
On the other hand, the fingerprint sensor is lacking. It is simply mediocre and not always reliable. Sometimes it recognizes immediately, other times it delays and requires contact again, and other times it throws an error on the same finger.... I did not have such problems to such an extent with Huawei or Honor models regarding fingerprint, so personally it seems bad to me.
The battery should also be relatively satisfactory (theoretically on paper), but in practice this is not the case. Those users who complain about autonomy are right. 2 SIM cards, with One UI 4.1 - Android 12 version, I barely make it through the day sometimes (which I did not experience with the previous phone - with the same processor and slightly lower autonomy supposedly). Note that I have set the Smooth Motion option to Basic (60 Hz) and battery protection to 85% charge in the settings. In the above, take into account the slow charging (only 15W charger included in the package).
I am not concerned about the plastic construction quality, as I have had it in a case since day one (by the way, many options for case and tempered glass for this model, as it is popular).
Finally, I will say that my interlocutors sometimes do not hear me clearly when I speak from open listening, without knowing if this happens to other owners.
Overall, I will say that I have positive impressions, because from the beginning I am interested in the triptych screen-camera-speed, and there it is good from my experience so far, although for the money it costs it should be slightly better in some points.
P.S. I received a notification for Android 13 installation from today (05/12/2022).
P.S. 2 having passed several days the new version (10/01/2023), apart from changes and additions, there is no improvement in terms of autonomy. In addition, at random times, lines appear on the screen, and after a while it returns. It does not present it every day, but if it continues unfortunately it goes for service.
P.S. 3 (16/05/2023) many freezes for the past 2-3 months, to the point of becoming annoying (with less than 80 GB of storage space out of the 256 that my phone has, while RAM usually uses 4 to 4.5 GB out of the 8 GB in my model, having set an additional 4 GB in the RAM Plus option), One UI 5.1 version. The worst thing is in some cases, the device simply did not respond to any command, "freezing", it required a forced restart. Let's move on. What did you have Samsung, what did I always have...

Yesterday I received a notification to download Android 13, I downloaded it and since then my phone won't unlock. It shows a message that the password is incorrect, the same password I've been using for several weeks and it was working fine before the update. I contacted the official representative and they confirmed my suspicion that due to the update, there is a bug even though the password is correct 99% of the time and the only way to fix it is through a factory reset. This means that if you haven't taken a backup, you will lose all your data. I expected better from a company like Samsung.

Owner of the mobile with 8gb/256gb for 4 months now and the image I have is impeccable. Its use is for everything except for games that I play more rarely. With daily use in calls, open data and wifi all day, open bluetooth and of course gps, enough work on mail and social media, I can say that the worst battery level it has reached at night when I go to charge it is at 35%. With normal use at night, I am at 55%, just the next day I want more careful use to get me late at night.
Its construction is quite good, with the only disadvantage being the plastic cover on the back where it does not have the most premium feel like the S22 but anyway it is always in a case so it is something that does not bother me. Also, I would not personally give double the price and more to not have a plastic cover.
In terms of speed, it is very good, with a 120Hz screen, where I saw a big difference as I came from the classic screen on an older mobile. Its processor is very good for me (without having a clear picture in games because I do not play much), and I preferred this mobile over the A53 because from research I found that the A53 had a lower processor than this one. It raises temperature and heats up when you press it but I believe that is how most mobiles are if I am not mistaken and it is normal.
In photos, I believe that for its money it is very good and I have been quite satisfied as I am not a professional. I do not know what more an expensive mobile would offer me in all these and I believe it is reliable in the whole spectrum that I have worked with it.

Finally, the positives that all Samsungs have (perhaps other companies with a similar application) is the direct connection with Samsung Flow where I have it permanently connected to the PC and I fully control it from there and of course transfer files from one to the other very easily.
The only negatives are its weight a little but you get used to it in a few days and its brightness when I am in the sun and have a lot of light, I think maybe it should have more brightness or better reflection. If it was also perfect in this, it would be the perfect mobile. However, these specific disadvantages are a flaw compared to all the others it offers at this price.

Coming from the Galaxy A6+, I have to say that this phone is amazing. The processor and graphics card are the same as the A73, very powerful and dynamic, perfect for everyday use and gaming. The build quality is satisfactory, despite the plastic back, in my opinion, the phone is quite durable. Now let's talk about the camera. The main lens is 64MP, very accurate and with top resolution. The videos are average, not very clear, meaning they have a bit of noise, which is not pleasant when displayed on a large screen, like a TV. The optical stabilization only works at 30fps, with all resolution options. Overall, it does an excellent job. Additionally, the battery, contrary to many opinions, lasts about a day with "Protect Battery" enabled, which limits the charging to 85%. It takes about 1 hour to reach that level. I would have chosen the A53, but when I found out it doesn't have a headphone/speaker port (3.5mm Jack), I changed my mind and ended up with this one. Its speakers are quite loud with rich sound, especially when the Dolby Atmos is set to Movie mode, it makes the sound more natural and immersive. The highs are quite satisfying, with the mids slightly lacking. Needless to say, the lows are almost non-existent, but we are talking about a mobile phone, not a Bluetooth speaker. Some may wonder if this phone has "Dual Audio" on Bluetooth, meaning it can connect to two speakers simultaneously. It doesn't satisfy me much, mainly because the speakers you connect, regardless of the same brand or not, are never completely synchronized with each other. I hope this improves in the upcoming Android 13 One UI 5 update. The calls are fine, no complaints, no lag, and the person I'm talking to can hear me clearly and vice versa.
Update: After a few months, the phone doesn't lag anymore, but the battery barely lasts around 18 hours. I had to reduce the refresh rate to make it last longer, which downgrades the phone. The speakers start to distort at high volumes, I don't know why this happens.
