Good absorption in vibrations but mainly for walking. After 1 year, the additional gel pieces on the back of the sole came off and it has started to wear out on the big toe. I would not recommend them for heavy use and running. Only when you find them for under 100 euros.

Asics are only good in appearance, it's a shame to spend so much money on them. If you walk a little more, they start hurting your feet. Unacceptable
