  It does what it says and it's probably the first time I see this. Usually they promise a speed that you can't see in practice. I put in a Samsung 256GB M.2 that I took out of a laptop that burned out. I didn't buy it separately. This M.2 has a capacity of up to 3,333MB/s Read, but the enclosure and the type-c limit it to 1,000MB/s. As you can see in the pictures, it reaches 1,000MB/s in both the test and when copying a large file (13GB). When you have many small files, the speed naturally drops. Pay attention to how you put the rubber band instead of a screw during installation. Look at the instructions first that it has inside. In addition to the type-c to type-c cable, the box also has a second rubber band and a Thermal Pad. I tried it on 2 computers and on USB-A 3.1 Gen2 (I have a relevant cable) and the result is the same. In both PCs, the C: drive was also M.2 with speeds of 7,000MB/s and 3,000MB/s, respectively, because obviously this also plays a role.

  Good construction, relatively easy and tool-free installation of the disk. I don't know how long the rubber peg will last though.
  Quality connection cable.
  Test was done with 256GB PM991 M.2 2242, until I receive a new 1TB SSD.
  Comparison with the "Orico Hard Disk Case M.2 PCI Express TCM2-C3-BL" showed slightly better speeds.
  It also has a rubber casing.
  Tests with the new SSD are pending. Until then, 5 stars and recommended.

  Very good, reliable, without disconnects and of course fast. Its construction is metallic and includes a rubber case. It was used to transfer data from an old nvme (union memory 256gb) to a new one (wd sn570 1tb). The temperature reported by crystaldiskinfo at the end of the transfer was 61°, 9° below the manufacturer's limit for most SSDs (good temperature). It supports drives of all sizes and installation is easy and clearly stated in the manual. For its price, it is very good.

  The case was used for a Kingston NV2. The write speeds are excellent, 800-900 MBp/s for files larger than 100GB, and 300-400 MBp/s for files with smaller size and larger quantity.
  The main use is for an external steam/game library due to its small size and high speed that does not cause any lag.

  After continuous use for several hours, the temperature does not seem to increase from the corresponding idle temperature (+4-5 degrees measured with HD sentinel).

  The included cable (usb c male -> usb c male) is of good quality, and this is evident from the transfer rates. The version of the cable is not mentioned anywhere in the packaging or on the manufacturer's page, and the transfer speed of both the case and the cable is also not specified. When used with other usb c male -> usb c male cables, a significant difference in write speed (100-120 MBp/s) was observed, so it is advisable to use the included cable for maximum speed.
