Under the prism of the case law of the ECtHR - The work "Legal Issues at the Beginning of Life - Under the prism of the case law of the ECtHR" constitutes a comprehensive presentation of the issues concerning the beginning of life that have already occupied the case law of the ECtHR. 

The presentation of these issues - through an approach with historical, philosophical, and comparative legal references - combined with the comprehensive recording of the corresponding judicial decisions, fills a gap in Greek literature. The work is primarily addressed to legal professionals dealing with a field of broad and varied dimensions, both at an academic and professional level. At the same time, the comprehensive recording of this problematic also concerns scientists from other fields, such as doctors, geneticists, and biologists, as well as theologians and philosophers, who often face concerns and dilemmas related to the time of the beginning of human life, reflecting the interdisciplinary dimension of the field of Bioethics.
