For their price and especially for someone like me who has issues with arches and flat feet on both legs, they are perfect for everyday use. The quality of the materials is quite good, although I haven't used them for anything other than walking for a year, but I don't think there would be any problem using them for light training, such as jogging and cardio. I definitely recommend them and congratulations to PUMA!
