  I received this specific "roccat magma" keyboard as a gift in my relationship on the 17th of the month, and I have to say that it is quite convenient and beautiful with its stunning RGB lighting. However, the reason it receives 2 stars is because the RGB started malfunctioning from the very first day. It would randomly turn off and then come back on when I unplugged it from the USB port and used the recovery tool. I had to constantly fix the colors from the beginning through the roccat application. Ultimately, yesterday the RGB completely stopped working, it doesn't light up at all, and I have tried everything. I don't know what to say, maybe I received a defective piece. I have also contacted roccat regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet. If I can't find a solution, I will request a refund. I will provide an update if I manage to resolve this issue.

  Edit: Finally, I discovered that the LED has burned out and cannot be repaired. Unfortunately, I received a defective piece. However, we will keep it because we don't have the time and willingness for returns. Additionally, I would like to mention that roccat support has disappointed me. I have sent an email describing my problem a week ago and I have never received a response regarding this matter.
