  It is so thin that when I stepped on it, it bent easily. Imagine someone weighing 150 kilograms stepping on it as an example. The measurements are different every time I step on it. In a few words, one time I am 80 kilograms, another time 82, another time 83.6, and so on. Let me finish by saying that I experienced something for the first time. As soon as I picked up the batteries to put them in, they got crushed like chips. I don't know why this happened, maybe an expert can answer. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

A visit to a nutritionist is enough to understand how off it is. Of course, you can't have high expectations from such an affordable scale. It is good to have a general idea, but if you want detailed measurements, visiting a nutritionist with a proper professional scale (e.g. Tanita) is the way to go
