Purchased on 16/05/2022. This particular product is extremely weak to the point where you can easily stop it by lightly touching it with your finger. The fact that it claims in the description that it can mix flour is only a joke as far as I can tell. In my case, both replacement heads were off-center when you put them on, without even being able to bring them even slightly off-center by hand, resulting in any liquids I put in it splattering everywhere. I would much rather buy a simple frappe mixer a thousand times. Money wasted. Unfortunately, I didn't even keep the box and there is no possibility of return.

Very good, however when making frothy milk using a small jug, the milk splashes out. So, a larger jug is needed. Other than that, it is fine.
