I have it for almost a year. It has held up so far. However, it is made of plastic, so it is not recommended for heavy use. Personally, I use it at home and step on it with or without slippers. The incline is easily adjustable, but it does not lock in place at any point. However, if you have your feet firmly planted, it stays in place due to its weight. One small issue it may have is that it can slip on surfaces with low friction, such as tiles! This can be solved with some improvisation. I believe it won't have any issues on carpet, but I haven't tried it.

It is difficult for me to change the way it stands with my foot, resulting in it always sitting at the lower angle.
