  I have had the vacuum cleaner for a little over 1.5 years. I will say that I am very satisfied with the quality-functionality-price comparison.

  + The vacuum cleaner has many capabilities in terms of suction intensity (up to turbo mode) and the amount of water for mopping.
  + It has many features through the application for adjusting the sequence of rooms and zones that you may not want it to go. These can be easily adjusted on the spot if needed.
  + It has good overall absorption (house with 2 cats), I would say it is average with carpets, but it could be because of the type of carpets I have since they don't get cleaned even with a regular vacuum cleaner.
  + We have connected it through the Xiaomi application and we can use it for those who share the house.

  - It has disconnected once when the application couldn't "see" it, which I didn't understand the reason for, but after deleting the vacuum cleaner from the app and setting it up as a new vacuum cleaner, it worked again.
  - The mapping it does is mediocre in my opinion, especially in winter with the carpets. In the first year, it read one carpet correctly, but in the second year, it saw it as an obstacle.
  - The battery doesn't last for a complete turbo mode cleaning in a 110 sqm house, you have to wait for it to charge. (Meanwhile, it stops at 20% even if there is actually 1 sqm left to finish?)

  For what I bought it for, which is to do the "daily" cleaning-maintenance, I am very satisfied. I also have a stick vacuum cleaner that I use for areas that this vacuum cleaner cannot reach.

  A very important tip that I read here in the reviews and I really like is for mopping. Since it is forbidden to put any cleaning product in the water (because it will damage it), before using it, I wet the cloth well and put half a cap of floor cleaner on the cloth. This way, the water falls on the cleaning product and the house smells fresh. For the 110 sqm, I clean the cloth and renew the liquid in the middle.

  The only 2 problems I have encountered:
  1) Some low obstacles, sometimes it passes them, sometimes not - luckily fewer times.
  2) Occasionally the map gets corrupted (without furniture movement), and it needs to be remapped.

  Very satisfactory cleaning. It works on its own and you forget about it. If I were to shop again (any robot), I would get a large station that empties and refills liquids on its own, so I only have to deal with it once a week.

  I bought it with great reservation because I have a large dog that stays inside the house and sheds constantly throughout the year. I was convinced by the reviews of other dog owners and decided to give it a try.
  If you are reading this review now, don't hesitate, just buy it. It's worth every euro. We put it to work today for the first time and it worked like a dream. Initially, we only did some sweeping to test it out and even though we had cleaned the previous day, it picked up so much hair and dust that I couldn't believe it. Later, I wanted to try mopping as well, so I set it to do both sweeping and mopping with amazing results. I also added a little detergent to the cloth as I read here, and everything went perfectly. As for the noise, it can't be compared to conventional vacuum cleaners. It doesn't bump into furniture, and it doesn't get stuck like I expected. The app is very easy to use and I honestly don't know if I can live without it anymore!
  As for durability, I don't know yet, but I bought the extended warranty just to be safe. If there are any issues in the future, I will come back and update. However, it is a magical tool that I believe will be in every household in a few years, just like a refrigerator or a washing machine.
  Buy it and you will remember me..

  Update: I also tried it on carpets to see how it would perform. The carpets seemed clean from the dry cleaner's, but the amount of dirt the bin collected during the first cleaning was astonishing. I have a dark brown carpet that becomes very hairy due to my light-colored dog until the end of winter. After a week with the robot and regular vacuuming, it looks like new. On a small shaggy rug that I have, it doesn't work as well. It does half of it and then goes back, but that's a minor issue. I lift it and clean underneath.
  Of course, now we have an issue with mopping because the robot doesn't go where there are carpets if the water tank is attached, so I first do sweeping throughout the house and then selectively mop the rooms without carpets.

  After two weeks of using it twice a day, my life has been saved. Every day, the house is spotless. And because the floors are clean, there is no dust, so the rest of the furniture doesn't get dirty either. It's not a big deal, but someone could come and think that I'm a perfect housewife...

  Very good vacuum cleaner!! Very good absorption. I had difficulty with the mapping the first time, but once it was done, the vacuum had no problem, now it knows the house and does it at a relatively fast pace. It gives you many settings for cleaning, such as:

  First contact with a robotic vacuum cleaner and the experience is very good. It is very convenient to keep the house clean from crumbs, hair (especially if you have a pet), etc. during the week without any effort. I also find it fantastic to be able to "clean up" while you are away, just before you return home! I have no opinion on mopping, as I have not tried it.

  The vacuum sweeps the area in its first operation and then the map of the house appears in the application. From there, you can define areas, specify areas where the vacuum should not go (no go zone), schedule when and in which areas the cleaning will take place, and many other functions. Also, emptying the dustbin is very easy. As for battery life, I will simply say that for cleaning a 100+ square meter apartment, it does not drop below 50%.

  I should mention that unfortunately, in my case, after six months, the vacuum malfunctioned: specifically, it went offline with its three buttons flashing without me being able to do anything to restore it. I sent it to the store for inspection and we will see - luckily it is still under warranty. Despite the disappointment of such a random malfunction, I declare myself very satisfied with the product.

  I am returning with a new update!! It turns out that it wasn't charging because the charger base was broken. It was never dropped, it just stopped charging one day. Despite initially buying a new battery, it still didn't charge when I installed it, so I thought of buying a new charging base and that's what I did! I bought it from AliExpress and it just arrived yesterday, so I installed it and manually started the vacuum... And finally, it started charging!!!!

  I would also like to inform you that during the period when the vacuum wasn't working, we bought a used Xiaomi vacuum mop 2, which is much inferior to the Dream L 10 pro in terms of mapping and sensors. It's just that there is no technical service in Greece that supports the Dream. I am giving it three stars only because of all the running around to find a technical service without any response!! Thankfully, we thought of buying a new charging base!

  Update 13/6/23:
  Unfortunately, this particular vacuum does not have a service representative in Greece as Xiaomi in Athens does not handle it because this specific model is not from Xiaomi, they just collaborate with the company, so we cannot find someone to check it and see why it's not charging. If anyone knows a technician from Thessaloniki who can take care of it, it would be helpful information!

  After 1 year of intensive use (programmed automatic cleaning 3 times a day), it suddenly stopped charging.... Unfortunately, the warranty was for 1 year and it no longer covers us. We still haven't found a technician who can take care of it. I hope it's something simple.
  Overall, I am very satisfied, the house is always clean with 2 small children. It cleans quite well and keeps the house clean. Especially in the summer, without the mess I used to use and the mopping, the house was sparkling.... Just don't make the mistake of putting cleaning solution inside the water tank, only on the cloth because it will damage the tank and you will have to buy a new one.
  Also, I found the comments and photos here very helpful, where they put a piece of mask in the HEPA filter of the vacuum to maintain it, which I also do.
  I will return with comments regarding the vacuum's performance.

  1) Simple: You install the Xiaomi application, press start, it scans with the laser 8 meters ahead and starts cleaning. After the first cleaning, it asks if you want to save the map, and from there you can set zones: No-go, etc.
  2) Quiet: It doesn't bother you, and after 3 minutes of operation, you simply don't pay attention to it.
  3) Carpets-Obstacles: It climbs carpets like a remote-controlled car!! It doesn't bump into furniture. It can't drag any cables, but no problem, after a while it leaves them behind. IT CLEANS THE CARPETS AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED at how much dust and hair it removes.
  4) Battery: Depending on the number of carpets and corners in the house, it consumes from 30% to 60% in a house of 50 to 80 square meters. Even if the battery runs out, it goes to charge and continues, it doesn't bother. On a 70-meter floor, it lasts 40 minutes in normal mode and consumes 35%. I don't think it ultimately matters.
  5) Hair-Strings: It has a system with its brush that as it rotates, it cleans and removes the hair and small strings from the brush. It picked up a fallen chain and simply dragged it until I heard it... it works perfectly.
  6) I haven't mopped yet, I will come back to it. (21/4)
  Honestly, if I didn't experience it, I wouldn't believe how much joy it gives me to let it clean the house 3 times a day. (We have a hairy dog). Every time after it finishes, I go and empty the bin: lift the lid, take out the plastic bin, open it and empty it, and then put it back in - very simple. As long as the house is relatively clean because this little thing finds and collects EVERYTHING, dust and hair, so it fills up very easily!
  Compared to others, it has the laser radar, which is an advantage because it maps 8 meters away and doesn't bump into things. It also has a large bin compared to others and it sucks very powerfully (basically, because the brush and the fan bring everything to the mouth, it simply puts it inside the container).
  It offers everything that the Roborock offers, which is, after all, from the same parent company but 100 euros cheaper. They also have the same application.
  I would buy the same one again. I will never be without a robot vacuum again. (If you get one, you will remember me, and it sounds cliché, but it changes your life to know that you won't waste time cleaning and you can dedicate it elsewhere).
  If you are interested in a robot vacuum with a laser (because it works at night without light, etc.), put it high on your list.

  Update after 1 year of use: 5 out of 5 stars. Everything is great. Recently had some issues because the initial mapping had shifted/distorted. It was resolved in half an hour with a new map using the fast mapping function. Everything I wrote below when I first used it still applies. Very user-friendly with the mobile app. The combination of lidar for mapping and the camera for obstacle avoidance is very useful. The basic steps when starting are: 1. Make sure the house is tidy so it has maximum access and can map the space well. Only furniture should be in the area, no cables dragging or scattered toys or shoes. 2. Rugs can be laid out from the first use as long as it can't drag them. If they have long tassels, be close by to prevent tangling. For shaggy or fluffy rugs, declare no-go zones to avoid them. 3. After mapping, set the desired room divisions and cleaning order, and you're done. 4. When mopping with rugs laid out, it's better to do it in zones, choosing uncovered areas instead of the whole house or entire rooms. Otherwise, it will mop the rugs as well.

  Excellent, I must say! In terms of noise, you don't really notice it in the room. The 3D sensors help and it doesn't hit obstacles like others, instead it rotates around them and cleans. It is quite absorbent. Also, it is thinner and on uneven floors in the rooms, it doesn't notice anything, it climbs without any problem, although it doesn't fit under the bed. Mopping does a good job in the deep cleaning program, I add a little cleaner on the cloth, not inside, and it leaves a nice feeling. Overall, it has been a lifesaver in my daily life!

  I did a lot of research before purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner, as I like to call them. Among many models, this is the best choice in its category.

  First of all, Dreame, like Roborock, is a sub-brand of Xiaomi. They all work with the Mi Home app (available for Android & iOS).

  App & Features:
  With the Mi Home app, you can easily connect it to your account and have full control over the vacuum cleaner and all its functions. The connection is made via Wi-Fi (2.4ghz only, meaning the common Wi-Fi).
  1) You can start by having it do an initial cleaning where it fully maps the space simultaneously.
  2) The map appears in the app, automatically divided into zones. You can edit these zones, rename them according to the room, and choose the functions it will perform, such as no mopping in a specific room/zone or in a specific area/part (e.g., carpet).
  3) Mopping is done simultaneously with vacuuming: it vacuums the front and mops the back. Essentially, it touches and drags the mop device where the detachable mopping device is located (filled with water) with the cloth that gets moistened by its mechanism.
  4) It has 3 levels of suction power for vacuuming, and you can set different power levels for each zone.
  5) It automatically detects the presence of a carpet and adjusts the suction power to the maximum while on top of it.

  Navigation & Performance:
  1) With 4 IR sensors (sides and bottom), 2x Laser LIDAR 3D, the sensors/bumpers on the front sides, and the SLAM algorithm, it won't hit or fall from stairs, gaps, etc. (edge detection).
  2) It doesn't get tangled with cables, hair, etc.
  3) It avoids obstacles extremely well (socks, books, pets, pillows, slippers, toys, and anything larger than 3mm).

  TIPS ;)
  1) Spray the cloth with any cleaning/disinfecting agent you want (even chlorine).
  As the device dispenses water onto the cloth, it will simultaneously mop and disinfect.
  2) The cloth is reusable and washable for several uses. It is replaceable, and you can purchase additional ones, as well as other replacement parts.
  3) The main brush, side brush, and HEPA filter are reusable and washable for several uses (their lifespan is indicated in days within the application).

No matter what I did, the motor wouldn't reach the correct speed. After some searching, I realized that I either had to screw it or take it somewhere to be fixed. So, I screwed it and it was a bit tricky until I found the right way because the manual doesn't tell you anything about opening the motor fully, etc. I found that it was full of dust and other things, cleaned it, tied everything properly, and now the beast is working fine. The only negative thing is that to clean the motor when needed, which everyone will need to do at some point, it's a bit tricky.

  I used to make fun of my friends who had robotic vacuum cleaners because I considered it a luxury. However, I decided to try it myself. The first time I used it in the whole house, I couldn't believe how much it collected, even though we had vacuumed just two days before. On the second day, I only used it in the rooms with carpets, and it still picked up dirt. On the third day, I used it again in the rooms, but this time I lifted all the rugs. And once again, it collected a layer of dust that I couldn't understand where it came from since nothing was visible to the naked eye. Overall, it cleans quickly, for example, it takes 13 minutes for two rooms.

  Cleaning power level: 4.
  Carpets: It cleans our low-pile carpets just fine. Especially considering what I saw in its dustbin. If you have carpets with long tassels, you will have to pick them up because the wheels and brushes get tangled.

  Mopping: Not tested yet.
  Update: It doesn't have a deep cleaning mode, which is said to be more efficient. It only does a surface cleaning with its cloth. I believe that a mop that vibrates would clean much better.

  Noise: At the two lowest cleaning power levels, you can have it on while watching TV without being particularly bothered. Above that, it makes quite a bit of noise, but definitely not as much as an electric vacuum cleaner.

  Replacement parts: With 30 euros, you can find various packs of replacement parts (brushes, filters, mop cloths).

  Overall: Even for someone like me who was skeptical, I think it is definitely worth it. I will now only use the electric vacuum cleaner in places where the robotic one can't reach, unless I use a handheld vacuum.

  Tip: If you want it to get closer to objects, you can disable the 3D high precision mode. It may bump into furniture a little (it doesn't cause any damage), but it gets closer to them and collects more dirt.
