The most efficient baking in Gorenje ovens is achieved using the 3D heating element. A large external element and a smaller internal element. The smart placement of the grill elements allows for optimal heat distribution and provides perfect baking every time, ensuring that the food is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Depending on your needs, you can use either the internal or external grill element, or both simultaneously. 

Cooking, in phases, is achieved through the manual programming of the many different steps of the baking process. Throughout these steps of the automatic cooking process, there is no need for you to manually change the settings. It is ideal for more experienced users and for foods such as lasagna or bread, which require temperature changes.

Special triple glass with two levels of reflection on the oven door isolates the oven and ensures that the heat remains inside. This optimizes energy consumption by preventing heat from escaping from the oven. The UltraCoolDoor makes the appliance even safer for children and pets.

Cleaning with the use of catalytic walls is a great help when we want to clean the oven. When the temperature in the oven reaches 85 ˚C, the catalytic walls start to expel fats and all other residues through the process of oxidation. The porous and rough structure of the walls is what helps absorb the fat and all other impurities.
