We received it as a gift. It is large, has good capacity, and operates silently. However, it is slow, the instructions mention an 8-minute sterilization time, which is not true. Each sterilization cycle lasts 16 minutes. It also requires regular cleaning with vinegar and water because it leaves coffee stains on its base (no matter how well I clean the bottles, it has reappeared coffee stains on the base within 3 days). It is a whole process that consumes valuable time. Overall, if I were to buy a sterilizer on my own, I would prefer a different brand.
