Very small, it has no power at all, you have to have it at 1 meter distance to realize that it is blowing...

It does not produce enough airflow even at the 3rd speed and I noticed this compared to the United UDF-793 that I bought a few days ago. You need to be within 50 cm to feel the airflow. Otherwise, it is relatively quiet, small in size and therefore convenient for transportation and storage.

The rating is based on the money it cost, the noise level, and the quality. With 24€ (when I bought it) it is the best for simple use. 3 speeds, with the 1st scale and a distance of 1.5 meters I am fine, the 2nd scale makes slightly more noise but for longer distances and the third scale sounds like strong air.

Very powerful for its size, even at the lowest speed, it is definitely effective. Now noise requirements vary, it is not silent and it could not be.

Very powerful even on the first level, however not silent.
On the first level, it doesn't make a crazy noise, but if you are a bit sensitive to sleep and sounds, it might bother you at night.
I have been using it for a short time, almost all day, and it doesn't even heat up the motor. Excellent purchase in this price range.
