If someone wants it for an office, where they will connect a PC, etc., they should keep in mind that it will not avoid the purchase of a UPS. I was informed by an electrician that this type of power strip does not secure devices in cases of power surges, power outages, etc. It will only protect you if you have a special configuration in the house's electrical panel.
