A mechanism for porcelain toilet is half inch input and can be installed from below if the toilet has a hole and from the side it comes with fittings in half inch and can be easily adjusted to 3/8. It has a rubber because when I wanted to buy it, some reviews mentioned that there is no rubber. It has its own rubber to adjust it. It has stainless steel screws to attach it to the toilet, with stainless steel rods and butterfly nuts. The only thing it doesn't have is a rubber that goes between the toilet and the toilet tank. There is the old thick rubber that does not come into contact with water anyway and usually the old one is there and you don't need to change its own rubber that is adjusted to seal in the toilet tank so that you don't have leaks. It fits almost all toilets and it is the best compared to much more expensive toilets. I had it before for several years and I chose it again, combined with a float that you can see in the photo and in the video, it is the best, it is the Golf. CAUTION: DO NOT PUT THE PIPE THAT COMES FROM THE FLOAT THAT BRINGS THE WATER IN THE OVERFLOW BECAUSE WHEN YOU FLUSH THE TOILET, IT CONTINUES TO POUR WATER UNTIL THE FLOAT FILLS IT AND STOPS IT. IN ESSENCE, IT IS A LEAK AND A WASTE. LEAVE IT FREE INSIDE THE TOILET TANK AND NOT IN THE OVERFLOW
I have installed it for a few days now... So far so good. It seems to have a more solid construction compared to one I found in a local store for the same price (a big store and yet they only had one model to show me, the last piece, obviously the dual flush mechanisms don't move much in the market). The only "negative" thing was that it didn't fit on the old base (I would simply remove the old one and attach this one in a minute) and I had to go through the whole process of removing the toilet tank to install the new base... meaning dealing with silicone sealing on the gaskets of the base and screws, etc... hassle!
I don't know its durability yet, but it seems to be of good quality, the dual flow mechanism works very well.

Keep in mind if the corresponding rubber gaskets are available from the previous ones, they might come in handy.
