Very good value for money, if you follow the instructions for how to take measurements it works great, very close to professional instrument measurements.
Good value for money, but both of them have the same problem. Specifically, they do not record swimming exercise. One did not record anything from the beginning, and the other recorded the exercise 6 times but then only showed zeros on the screen and only the time was running.
DO NOT BUY IT!!! Xiaomi seems to have released an update that causes the connection with the mobile phone to be lost and not reconnect, unless you do a factory reset on the band (which deletes all data), forcing you to buy the new model.
1 star... because as soon as I entered the water, the whole system burned out! I wasted 40€. Because it's not even worth the money for service, you buy a new one.
Good but since it is not a Medical device, it may show you simulated data. Prefer something from Withings if you are interested in ppg.
Purchased in the summer of '21 for 35 euros. I have been using it for three years. The battery still lasts about 8 days. I connect it whenever I have my phone on silent and don't want to miss a call or message. I really like that it only has a vibrating alarm. The display of Greek characters (and some emojis) is great.
I have changed many straps as they break in one of the following ways: either the black clasp breaks, or the hole gets damaged and doesn't hold, or the strap gets cut at the edge. When the strap gets cut at the edge, I remove the small ring and put a matching elastic band. That way, it holds better and I have had the last strap for a while.
Overall, very good build quality. I use the screen lock (you just swipe up) because otherwise it gets confused with the water flow in the shower.
I wrote this review because some other reviews that say it doesn't last or breaks quickly surprised me... what can I say... it's perfect for me!
Good choice for the price. I actually bought it 3 times and for other people who liked it. We now use the company's next model and we are fully satisfied with its applications, measurements, colors, screen size, as well as battery life and the variety of straps that you can find and completely change its appearance.
Unfortunately, after a few months of use, it stops sending notifications from the mobile when connected. This is the second time it has happened to me with a similar Xiaomi product, and I have heard it from other people as well
After 3 years of companionship with this honest little watch, suddenly gave up the ghost in a sudden dive into the sea, even though in the past it used to take in A LOT of water.
I have had it since the summer of 2019 and I still haven't taken it off my hand, one of my best purchases
This product is not suitable for swimming. In fact, when I put it in the water, the screen glue came off and I couldn't use it since then
It was never able to sync with the app. I took it to a well-known store to have it synced (in case I did something wrong) and they couldn't do it either. Just look elsewhere
For the one year that it lasted, it was good...
It died on its own one day and never turned back on. I didn't even bother taking it for repair because it's not worth it
A very simple band. Bad measurements and even worse battery. Over time, it needs to be charged every one and a half day
For the 8 months that it worked, it was fine.
Suddenly one day it stopped working and that's it..
The worst part is the dealership's policy where I took it for repair since it was still under warranty. They told me that the warranty doesn't cover it because it had moisture as I was wearing it while showering as I had mentioned to them.
Now, it claims to be waterproof up to 5 atmospheres and suitable for swimming, but I don't understand how it can break from moisture in the shower.
I will not choose Xiaomi smart watches again solely because they disappointed me with the warranty.
First of all, it does not have a good fit on the hand and it has a somewhat "unique strap".
Also, I have had it for 3 days and it has disconnected from the phone more than 5 times, whether it is day or night. From the first few minutes and while I was adjusting it, it lost connection and requires a factory reset, resulting in data loss. I am waiting to see if I can return it
I kept it for about a year (maybe less). It doesn't have accurate measurements. The strap was poorly constructed, it broke somehow, so it kept coming off during my workouts. Also, one reason I don't wear it anymore is because I can't transfer my (many) data to the app. I would recommend it, but not wholeheartedly.
It was relatively good for the use I wanted it for, a bright (in the dark), waterproof watch, steps, alarms, and notifications never call me on the phone. I bought it on January 11th and by the end of August it stopped working fully...
UPDATE:
In the end, I sent it to the store to have it checked since I have a warranty (with my own shipping expenses), and they fixed it and sent it back (with their own shipping expenses) and now it works again!
The mi band 4 was much better... I use it for exercise with weights and it gives completely wrong measurements... I have 120 heartbeats and it measures 60... on the treadmill it's the worst... it always asks for calibration afterwards... overall, it's a waste of money
The dashboard provided by the application for watch measurements (which is the purpose of collecting the data) is simply garbage. If you are willing to wait for a 20-minute sync, it is a good purchase for you! The rest depends on the price.
I bought the Mi Band 3 years ago and I wanted to share information for those interested.
I use the watch 24/7. In my profession, I am a lifeguard, which means I consume a lot of salt and swim in open water, and everything that entails!
Overall, the watch accompanies me in any activity I do throughout the year. Of course, it doesn't have GPS, but I love the measurements it has for swimming in the pool or in open water!
I also enjoy the measurement for running, the screen colors, and the flawless synchronization with my mobile phone as I use Xiaomi Mi Band and Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro.
Regarding durability, I'm trying to understand what went wrong and caused it to break. It seems that the screen detached from the rest of the body, maybe it is sensitive to falls or hits on the screen.
There is a wide range of beautiful straps and colors that one can purchase, and I ended up buying elastic ones that resemble a bracelet and securely embrace the wrist, which I consider safe so as not to lose the watch.
Of course, I will buy it again!!!! It's a huge value for money
I have had it for 13 months and suddenly it stopped charging. The same thing happened with the mi band 5. It stopped charging at 14 months. Other than that, it is very reliable.
I bought it a while ago, so I have drawn my conclusions...
The build quality is very good and it feels nicer than the previous bands.
It has a 1.56'' screen with 326ppi, which offers better clarity.
The 125mAh battery, as the company claims, provides a battery life of about 15 days, although in my case, with the usage I gave it, it lasted around 10 days. I think that's pretty good.
It has the known functions of bands and smartwatches. Heart rate monitoring, oximeter, sleep tracking, pedometer, calories, anxiety tracking, are the most interesting ones.
It has almost 20 sports modes and automatically recognizes 6 types of exercises, but what most of us will probably use is walking and running.
I have no complaints about the measurements it takes, as heart rate and oxygen levels have been measured with serious medical instruments and they are only slightly off, if at all. The sleep tracking and breathing quality indicators also seemed very useful to me. They help a lot.
What scared me were the reviews I read about its water resistance. Many people reported that it got damaged when they wore it in the shower, at the beach, or in the pool, even though the company states that the band has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (resistant up to 50 meters deep), which means you can wear it in the shower, pools, or at the beach. They claim it has been tested by the National Supervision and Quality Control Center of China... (I laughed when I read "China"). To be honest, before reading the reviews, some water had already come into contact with it from hand washing, dishwashing, watering... I even put my hand in an aquarium while wearing it. Nothing happened. Maybe it was just luck... However, after reading the reviews, I decided not to expose it to water again. When you take care of your clothes...
Overall, though, considering its price, it is definitely worth the money. If it didn't have this issue with water, it would certainly have a better overall rating.
After a year of normal use while also taking showers with the watch, yesterday when it entered the sea, I didn't even dive, I just got it wet a little, and after 5 hours the screen broke, while the sound from the inside is still working fine when notifications come.
After a year and while it was working perfectly, it stopped functioning as if its screen got burned because I submerged it for 10 minutes in a pool. It's a shame, it was comfortable to hold and quite accurate in its measurements.
I bought it in November, used it well and took care of it. Two days ago, I took it for its first swim in the sea. When I got out, I realized it had shut down. I charged it, cleaned it, but nothing! Dead! Why?
While it was perfect like a clock after the first swim in the sea (without diving and playing outside due to children), as soon as I got out, it started shaking without stopping, the screen closed and it never opened again. I washed it, dried it and still nothing. It's already been 5 days like this and it hasn't even been a year since I bought it (13/6/22).
It's not something great, it's better to give 100€ and get a smartwatch to cover more of your needs. However, if you want a waterproof watch that you can wear all the time and not worry if it gets damaged during work, it's good. If you want it for sports and to record your exercises, don't get it, it has its flaws in syncing with the app. If you find it used for 15-20€ and you want to wear it for casual work, get it otherwise it's a waste of money.
I have had it for 2 years and having a spherical view of the watch, I consider it flawless and much better in quality than its monetary value. Its battery lasts for about 20 days if it is not connected to Bluetooth (15 if it is connected). I highly recommend it!

Everything was fine and good, comfortable and suited to my needs, and suddenly the screen burned out one year after purchase.
The only negative aspect, but also the most significant, is that synchronization is lost during the day, resulting in missed phone calls and notifications that are seen much later.
Great disappointment this morning, I bought the band 6 and as soon as I took it off the charger without even using it, in 20 minutes it dropped from 100% to 80%. At noon, I returned it to the store and got the same one with NFC, but the same problem occurred. I returned it again and got a refund. It's not worth the hassle, I won't bother again.
