Did you find this review helpful?The scale is inaccurate, for coffee that I used it for a little while, meaning 18-20 grams, it always always lost 2 to 3 grams. For 100+ grams, where 3 grams doesn't make a difference, it's fine.

It has been like this from the beginning. Again, it is not a problem because it is easily distinguishable.
It scratches easily, but when pressed correctly, it has accurate measurements (at least for the past 4 months).

Did you find this review helpful?Very good scale. BY FAR the best screen on scales of this category. It is incredibly convenient that it has the weighing mechanism on the top and not on the feet. Also, a positive aspect is that it goes up to ten kilograms, although I haven't needed it yet, and that it takes AAA batteries instead of the more "special" CR 2032. I reserve judgment on its durability as I have had it for a short time, but it doesn't give me the feeling that it will break soon, it seems to be of good quality construction.

Did you find this review helpful?I have been buying small kitchen scales for years and have therefore thrown away many. Always economical models, never anything over 20-25 euros. This one here has many good features that you don't easily find in others. I will omit all the standard features (auto shut-off, tare function, units of measurement, etc. that it already has). You should pay attention to the following:
[1] It is neither better nor worse in terms of build quality than those that cost 3 or 4 times more. Exactly the same plastics, exactly the same metal parts. Very elegant.
[2] It has the advantage that the weight sensor is in the base (the movable "plate" of the device) and not in the legs. This makes it less fragile and less prone to damage, in addition it will always sit more stably and the measurement tends to remain accurate over time (when the legs start to wear out).
[3] It takes 2 simple AAA batteries, which means you can use rechargeable ones and not constantly buy small flat batteries.
[4] It has an amazing display (the best I have ever seen on such a scale), bright with very high contrast white digits on a black background.
[5] It measures up to 10 kilograms, where in its category (but also in much larger categories) you rarely find one that exceeds 5 kilograms.
[6] Its price is unbeatable (very economical for all these features).
