My house is a single-level construction built in 1970 with a terrible room layout. Imagine that the distance from the router to the other end of the house is approximately 7m in a straight line, and the signal from the router drops to -80 dB.
With the installation of the access point, the speed at every point in the house increased to 91 Mbit with a nominal value of 100. All the sensors installed in the house for humidity, temperature, etc. now connect without signal issues.
The installation is relatively simple; you need a POE supply, which you can get either from the extra purchased POE injector or from a switch that has active or passive POE ports. The device is 2xMU-MIMO for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. For those who are not familiar, MU-MIMO means it supports two clients simultaneously, each with two inputs and two outputs.
In conclusion, I consider it the best access point in the price range of 100 to 200 €. My router is UniFi UDM, so your collaboration with them was flawless and problem-free. However, as mentioned in the previous review (February 15, 2022), the device works perfectly even if your infrastructure is not UniFi.

However, one needs a Raspberry Pi, Linux, Mac, or even a Windows computer to be able to install the console OS/network application and have all the setup capabilities
(It is not necessary to always run the console OS, it is only needed for setup and to keep statistics).
Another note, the device is PoE, so the PoE standalone of its mother is needed, costing 8-10 euros or an equivalent, even a passive one like TP-Link's.
