    If you have anxiety, stress, depression, or many different thoughts at night, it will not help you at all.
    I have been taking them for 1 month now. I decided to try something with more melatonin than the classic and cheap 1mg pills, even though it is supposed to have 10mg, you would think it would knock you out, but it doesn't.
    I took it with 400mg of magnesium for muscle relaxation since I saw that many people said it helps a little, but still, it doesn't.
    Fortunately, I didn't experience any side effects.
    The product clearly does not work for people who have any of the above-mentioned problems that I wrote. It is for those who simply come home a little more tired than other times and their fatigue prevents them from sleeping.

    Fortunately, they are cheap. I bought them for 8 euros.

    After several times of using it, I have come to my own conclusion...
    If you can't sleep due to high anxiety or stress, it will NOT help you much...
    If you are mentally okay, yes, it will help you to relax your eyes and fall asleep relatively quickly for about half an hour...
    What I notice is that this specific package claims to have 10mg of melatonin, which compared to other products I see, is three times the amount... Normally, you should be knocked out with such a dosage... I will try something that also contains valerian next time...

    It says 10 mg, but I don't believe it because I was taking another product with 1 or 3 mg and it did the same job... meaning if it had one pill as they say 10 mg, then I should fall asleep faster and not have dreams or wake up at night... anyway, it's just okay. After repurchasing and using it for 6 months, I will say that my body got used to it and I don't fall asleep like the first 2 months (in about an hour) the duration of sleep is relatively good but not like the first months...
