It is only suitable for light use. In dough for tsoureki in a double dose (close to 3.5 kg) it overheated and turned off for about 20 minutes. Then it started again, I divided the doughs and completed the preparation with great difficulty. It kept overheating constantly, so I had to shut it down every 2-3 minutes to cool off.
