  Very convenient! It offers a superior experience compared to the classic double boiler with a bowl. I wonder why I didn't buy it sooner! I make my own chocolates with raw materials and in small quantities of 80-120g, it requires great attention because it can still burn it even though it is set to 1 minute. Usually, I close it and leave it with the heat that the eye has, and it is enough. For larger quantities, it is simply WONDERFUL! Within a few minutes, I make half a liter of chocolate. With a thermometer, I achieved perfect tempering, and I can't even remember how many wonderful ganaches were maintained at the ideal temperature, so I just set it up without worrying that my material will cool down or get too hot.

  It is also great for concentrates, I made cherry and strawberry without any bitterness.

  I would like a more convenient way to pour the material directly, maybe if it had a cavity? Then it would be super-duper convenient!

  Be very careful not to fill it with more water than you need for your quantity, it leaked water, and miraculously it didn't fall into the chocolate to ruin it, and I didn't have to cry for two nights over the ingredients!

  It also cleans easily. It is the second purchase of a utensil from Lamart and it proves to be very good value for money.
