The shoes are ideal for crossfit, however the insole is slippery. You can feel a big difference in the squats and lifts compared to other athletic shoes. I think the midsole is less worn out. They are not suitable for running and aerobic exercise though. Their size is at least 1.5 sizes larger than casual shoes for me. Their main negative aspect is that the insole is slippery. I am speaking after 2 months of use. I will come back with an update.
Nice shoe, excellent quality, great for HIIT exercises, kettlebell, etc. It performs really well. With these shoes, you can run a little more comfortably. Coming from the Nano 9, I would say the following in comparison:
In the positives, better appearance, better shock absorption in the front part of the shoe, and overall better shock absorption in all exercises.
In the negatives, something subjective perhaps, I would say that it is looser in supporting the heel and arch compared to the previous one, which makes you feel less secure during exercises. You need to tie the shoes tighter without achieving the same result. They are also warmer, meaning they breathe less.
Overall, I would recommend them, especially for wider feet, as it seems they have changed the common aspect regarding the sole. At 90 euros, I consider it a good purchase.
Good shoe but I think it's a bit expensive...
100€ would be fine
