Nice lightweight shoe with a very good grip on dirt and slightly rocky terrain. The stones do not bother when stepping on them. Good shock absorption.

Overall, a mediocre to good shoe. The main advantages are the aggressive grip and protection. However, they did not last long for me. I bought them in September 2021 and by May 2022, I can feel every rock I step on. I'm not sure if I have run more than 500 kilometers with this shoe, even though I have only participated in two races (Arma Parnitha and Imittos Epic). I didn't expect them to last forever, but considering that I shared the mileage with another shoe during training and had only a few races, I think the wear and tear came a bit prematurely. I should also mention that the second shoe was also worn out and damaged, but I have run 11 races with it and will continue to use it for training for another two months. I'm not saying I won't give the Peregrine 12 a chance, but it will have to convince me that the midsole, which protects against rocks, has truly improved.

After 9 months of use on rough trails, the only downside is that they have torn on the sides that do not have reinforced lining. Other than that, they are the most comfortable shoes I have worn
