    They are durable, portable, and easy to store.
    They are stable and can be combined with a bench.
    They are used for seating, as well as for arm or shoulder exercises.
    Pay attention to two issues:
    1. For taller individuals (over 1.80m), they may need to bend their knees more in order to place the bar on the bench for seating.
    2. For heavier weights (within the manufacturer's limits, always), it would be good to place a 10kg plate on each base to avoid potential small movements and to have a stronger sense of security.
