The definition of a rip-off by the publishing house and the professor who "scientifically" supervised the Greek edition of the book. They simply translated from the original foreign language, which is based on the Imperial measurement system. They did not even bother to translate the Global Edition, which at least has units in the unsolved exercises in SI.
This particular book can only be useful for someone in practice, as the introduction of each chapter mentions the general concepts, two or three examples are given without detailed solutions, and at the end a series of unsolved exercises are provided for practice. Beyond that, for the main reason I mentioned at the beginning, it has absolutely no reason to exist in the Greek market, let alone in the Eudoxus system for selection by students. Absolutely none, it is a book written by stupid Americans that is addressed exclusively to stupid Americans who are allergic to SI.
Fortunately, I hold the books in my hands before choosing one. Unacceptable book with a fantasy cover, nothing else.
