I did not have any of the following problems with batteries and power (someone may have received a defective product), personally I bought it for amateur work at home and it has proven to be reliable. The price is definitely high, but I gave it as much as I could and I was not disappointed at all. For moving, drilling holes for frames, shelves, etc. it is commendable. Beyond that, professionals surely know better.
For its price, it is very good. It is user-friendly, quite powerful, and works perfectly with the appropriate tools. I did not notice any eccentric operation, on the contrary, I observed stable drilling and impact, with the first speed and depth suitable for the corresponding hole. I made twelve holes for lighting on the terrace using 6mm diamond drill bits with triangular shank from Milwaukee, one of the oldest tool companies in the world in America since before World War II until today, similar to DeWalt. In conclusion, it is very good and lightweight, perfect for short tasks, without cables and complications.
Update May 11, 2024. Today... I tried to drill with one of the drill bits that came with it in its case. Unacceptable, it was crooked to the point of displaying eccentric operation and causing significant vibration, like a hammer drill, and this was due to the drill bit, and ultimately, everything else was the same, equally useless. It is not easily visible to the naked eye, but at these speeds and at the tenth of a millimeter, it matters. Try rolling them on a flat surface and you will see what I mean unfolding before your eyes. Of course, I put them in recycling so that the metal does not go to waste. I suspect that if not all, most of those who wrote about eccentricity used the drill bits that came with the drill. If that's the case, throw them away and get branded ones, you will see a huge difference, you will think you have a different tool... and without spending too much.
From the best Drill Driver I have tried, at this price the product really does what it says, it is simply amazing for its value, I highly recommend it without hesitation!
One of the worst drills I have ever used. The moment I held it in my hands and tried to test its torque, it not only stopped without me applying all my force, but after just 1 second, the motor started smoking. As if that wasn't enough, the chuck loosens on its own... I returned it the first day I bought it... one word, stay away!!
Honest for the money, it was purchased to mix colors and powders, something it does with ease. As for drilling with or without impact or using it as a screwdriver, it is not as good since it tends to be a bit eccentric.
Garbage product!!!
First of all, it is off-center. The drill bit rotates around the point you want to drill! Unacceptable, I have never seen this in any reputable drill.
In the end, I made a hole in plywood and halfway through the drill bit broke and half of it got stuck inside. I don't know what fake metal alloy their drill bits are made of, but it would have been better if they didn't offer them at all so I could use a regular drill bit and not have half of it stuck in the hole.
I had to screw all the screws with a manual screwdriver. Besides the fact that it lacks the power to screw, the tip doesn't fit properly in the screw's groove, due to its off-center design!!
The conclusion is that I will not use it again and I will throw it away. Because it is only good for throwing away. Now, if someone wants to buy it, I will give them mine to save their money and see for themselves what a useless product it is.
I will keep it for a few days before recycling it or giving it to anyone who asks for it.
Well, this particular product for 20V has very low actual torque. Its torque should not exceed 18 to 20 Nm. Otherwise, it is convenient and lightweight. Reliability: Only time will tell. Anyway, don't struggle too much with it. Would I buy it again? No, because of the low torque.

For screwing and unscrewing, it is good. If you use impact, it loosens the chuck... as for the battery and the indicator, you don't have time, it is useless. Where it works and is in green, it simply stops working. Spend a little more money to get something better...
I came across a defective one. The charger has an issue with the battery. It doesn't charge at all for some reason. It briefly showed that it was charging, but after a few hours in the socket, the battery was dead. I tried several times, but the battery doesn't charge. I requested a refund.
