Description

The Stagg Set Plus electric guitar is aimed at beginners and advanced guitarists who seek an affordable option with features from the classic era of rock music.

The guitar features a classic Telecaster-style body shape and offers many sound adjustment options, making it suitable for various music genres such as rock, blues, hard rock, and metal.

HS Pickup Configuration (Humbucker-Single Coil)

The HS pickup configuration combines a humbucker in the bridge position and a single coil in the neck position.

The humbucker pickup at the bridge offers a powerful and rich sound, while the single-coil pickup at the neck provides a clear and bright sound with a more open tone.

This combination is ideal for many musicians, as it offers the ability to play a wide variety of musical styles and create different tones and timbres according to their needs.

The Stagg guitar is equipped with passive pickups, which do not require external power to operate. Specifically, passive pickups work using magnetism and produce a signal that is inversely proportional to the movement of the strings.

Neck construction from Maple wood

The Maple wood used in the neck is an important element for the guitar's acoustics, as it produces a bright and precise tone resulting from the wood's hardness.

Body construction from Paulownia wood

Paulownia is a lightweight wood that offers a soft and light sound feel, with mid-range trebles and sweet basses.

T Style Body Design

The Telecaster-style shape of the Stagg electric guitar offers a distinctive sound and playability.

This type of guitar design was developed by the Fender company in the mid-1940s, offering a unique style and functionality.

The guitar was purchased for commuting to the music school.
Wonderful polishing and finishing, the guitar needed to have the frets smoothed out because they were protruding from the fretboard, resulting in scratching the hand as the neck went up and down, a 5-minute job, it needed a little adjustment of the action because it was high and that was it, tuning and straight to the amplifier. For its price, it is more than worth it compared to some squier and harley benton guitars in the range of 150-200 euros, it has nothing to envy, the best value for money I have ever purchased in musical instruments.

So I have had the guitar for two months, it is very easy with a wonderful neck, very good sound, and lightweight.
The finish is above average, the keys are okay but they need frequent checking. We are talking about the cheapest Tele on the market, aimed at beginners, and for me, it is my second one and it really impressed me with my limited knowledge!

A very good proposition in the Telecaster category from the Belgian company Stagg. As an owner of both the Stagg and the Fender Squier Bullet Telecaster, I can say the following. The neck is incredibly good with a perfect finish and no construction errors. The frets do not buzz and do not cut fingers and strings. The neck pickup is traditionally average, just like the Squier, but the humbucker at the bridge is impressive in tone and power. It has a button that has a split function. It has some minor imperfections on the pickguard, but nothing serious. Finally, the tuners, with minor adjustments, keep the tuning thanks to the stable hardtail bridge.
