    For the amateur, it's fine, I've tried them twice and the straps didn't bother me at all.
    I don't have an opinion on hard-frequent use because I'm not a professional, but for the use I need them for, they saved me. Besides, we're not in our twenties to be kneeling for hours without a problem.

    Very convenient and you can kneel without any problem.
    I was hesitant to buy this, but it turned out well for me.
    The only downside I would say is that if you wear clothes (pants) at some point the straps fall/slip off the fabric.
    Other than that, they are very useful!
