  I just set up the board and sat down to do a writing test on both surfaces and I received complete disappointment. It wrote on both surfaces ok but it wouldn't erase at all, I put a lot of force to clean both and I was thinking how will a child manage it? I called the store where I bought it to ask if it has a membrane (they answered no it doesn't) that needs to be removed; it didn't seem like it had anything and it didn't say on the packaging to remove it, and finally it had a membrane and as soon as I removed it, it wrote (not with its own markers, they were terrible, I went and bought others from the known toy store and a simple bathroom sponge erases perfectly. The same goes for the whiteboard markers. AS company put us in trouble for no reason. The removal should be in the instructions, it's not visible to the naked eye. The final rating will be given by the children immediately after use, they are the best judges

  I recently bought the product and gave it as a gift. As we were assembling it, we noticed that one of the screws was missing threads and wouldn't tighten. We tried to secure the leg with something else to make it stable, but the leg still wobbles. Also, the shelf underneath for storing crayons and sponges is not stable. It falls down and everything on it falls as well. Disappointed, as we chose a well-known toy company to avoid flaws.
