"Madam President, gentlemen Judges, if there is anything scandalous or conspiratorial in this trial, it certainly is not the prosecution of the leadership of Golden Dawn; this is something that took many years to happen. The Civil Action seeks the conviction of the defendants, as they are charged with all the accusations, not because this is demanded by the common sense of justice - we know that we do not judge here based on the common sense of justice - nor because the acquittal of the defendants will mean the reappearance of Golden Dawn assault squads on the streets, opening a new cycle of violence and Nazi terrorism, now legitimized with the consent of the Greek Justice."

"Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, we demand the conviction of the defendants for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas and for participation and direction of a criminal organization, because with the evidence presented before you in the last four and a half years, you have in your hands everything you need, and much more, to decide that the charge of participation and direction of a criminal organization has been proven, from the last member of Golden Dawn to its Leader. Do not avert your gaze from the evidence. This is what we ask. As Mr. Alivizatos mentioned, now is the time for the Judges. And not in general and impersonally the Judges, now is the time for the composition of the 1st Three-Member Court of Appeals of Athens for Felonies, session of April 20, 2015, to administer justice. Justice, not only on behalf of the victims and their families, but also on behalf of the entire Greek society and in the name of Democracy."
