Very light, it would be better if it had legs on the base because now, the way it is, if you have it down and pour water, it collects in the base since it is closed all around and it takes a while to drain. The best way is to hold it in the air and pour what you want to drain. Also, the holes are a bit big and it is not suitable for draining rice because it will escape outside.
