The work "Timeless Criminal Law" deals with issues of timeless law arising from the simultaneous implementation of the new Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. It attempts to approach doctrinally the temporal limits of substantive and procedural criminal law provisions and to record the axes on which emerging issues should be resolved. In addition, it attempts to apply to a wide range of specific problematic issues, which concern both theoretical dialogue and jurisprudence. It is addressed to anyone involved in criminal law (students, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, theorists).
