For the 50€ I paid, it's very good, value for money! The build quality is excellent and the sound is great for its price. Surely, the bass is not the best, but I can't complain. It has 3 modes for movies, gaming, and music, personally, I didn't notice any difference between them. It also supports connectivity with USB, aux, and Bluetooth, which is very useful. I highly recommend it as an affordable solution.
The best thing, guys. Buy without fear.. the RGB lighting is worth every penny. The price is a bit steep, of course, but the sound quality and materials are amazing!
I can say after 10 years of owning Logitech z623 and creative gigaworks T 40, these days testing and returning creative pabble v3, creative T60, I finally ended up with Edifier G2000. They are superior in sound quality, clearer with better bass, where you least expect it in a 2.0 set, and they have nice quality. I can say that for a 2.0 at this price, which is now 60€, it is value for money and very compact. I tried them on YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, and Bluetooth gaming, and with a jack together with the creative t 60, the Edifier is better in all aspects. And in Bluetooth, where the volume drops with the Creative, the Edifier maintains its power normally. I would not recommend using USB because the sound becomes quite digital.
Overall, the speakers are very good and of high quality, although overpriced. When connected via USB, there were several "clicks" which became annoying, especially when watching a movie without intense music. I found the solution by connecting them with an aux cable and now the sound is crystal clear.
Good speakers with nice sound, the RGB lights produce beautiful colors and the bass is satisfactory. I found it very convenient that with a button you can switch from USB to Bluetooth. The only downside is that I expected them to have more volume.
Easy installation and elegant. The sound is sweet but lacks bass. It can be paired with an external subwoofer, but the price increases significantly and I believe there are other more value for money solutions in this price range. Compared to the Logitech X-210 2.1 system with a subwoofer that I had before, I have gained in space and aesthetics, but the sound of the 2.1 system is still better than the old one due to the subwoofer (bass and fuller sound). The price is high compared to what it offers and other 2.1 solutions. Maybe I am being unfair because it should be compared to similar two-speaker products. Wrong purchase for me, I should have gone for a 2.1 system that my ear is accustomed to.
At this price, there are studio monitors slightly larger in size with a 3.5" woofer, I think they should be "punished" for their arrogance. At most 50-60€ to be worth it. Make some space and get almost professional monitors at the same price. Have some mercy, a little logic! I said the same thing to another mother company that approaches this price... they understood and answered for now this is the price... for now... have some mercy, where do these go when professionals play... at almost the same price as monitors... have some mercy
Amazing, very good. Good construction and very beautiful. Very clean sound and decent bass, with the addition of a subwoofer the sound is generally elevated.
EDIT: I happened to have a problem with the speakers where when they are connected via Bluetooth, they quickly go into sleep mode, resulting in me missing the first few words when someone speaks and pauses for a moment before speaking again (if I am in a teleconference) because the speakers go into premature sleep mode. I researched it a lot and finally, after many emails, I figured it out with the company's offices in Hong Kong, who sent me a customized firmware that can easily be installed on the speakers via the USB port and solves the problem. Otherwise, they can permanently have it on the jack or USB if it doesn't bother him.
Before, I had Logitech speakers (excellent) with a subwoofer, but they were very inconvenient with a bunch of cables hanging around and a huge sub taking up half of the office. I decided, for aesthetic reasons, to reduce the cables around the office and make a smarter real-estate starting from the speakers. So Bluetooth was the way to go. I chose these specific ones because I read good reviews and because I generally don't have many requirements (I'm not an audiophile). I just wanted the sound to be good, for them to look nice, not take up much space on the desk, and be wireless. They successfully cover all the previous points. Bonus points for the truly (unexpectedly) good, full, and balanced sound (personally, I don't want too much bass like Beats) and the build quality, which seems impeccable for their price. Some people may be bothered by the fact that it doesn't have the classic rotary knob (potentiometer) for adjusting the volume and instead has a button that goes up or down and adjusts the volume one click at a time, but I don't mind. I can even say that it suits me. It is also important that the wireless communication with my PC is excellent. Windows immediately recognizes them.
The only downside is that the LEDs change "sequentially." That is, if you are on the first option and want to turn them off, you have to press and hold the button multiple times until you reach the last option, which is "off," to turn them off, and unfortunately, they remain on at night (unless you completely turn off the speakers, but I never do). But for me, this is not a deal-breaker in any case. Definitely recommended by me.
Very nice speakers, powerful, easy to use, very easy to connect. The only problem is the bass, which is quite strong. If you have them, for example, connected to a mobile phone that doesn't have many adjustment options. The sound is more suitable for gaming rather than music, etc., but you can still hear everything just fine
Good evening everyone. So, I start by saying that I am impressed with this purchase of mine, even though I was quite hesitant due to the "high" cost. However, as soon as I held the speakers in my hands, I understood what it's all about. Firstly, we are talking about a sturdy and high-quality construction, with good quality plastic. Beautiful design, with nice side and back LED lights - nice touch. Easy connectivity via 3.5mm jack/usb/bluetooth, which for me is a game changer. I use them for music and I am fully satisfied with the result they produce. The bass is full and sweet, without lacking anything compared to a 2.1 set. Very good high frequencies as well - it's impressive that even if you turn down the volume, the sound remains unchanged! Needless to say, their volume is killer. To be honest, I haven't noticed any significant difference between game/movie/music modes, but I don't really look for it, so let's say it's an extra feature. In conclusion, they are worth their money, 100%, they are beautifully made, high-quality, and with exceptional sound that more expensive sets would envy. Don't hesitate, just buy it and enjoy!
After a year of daily operation, they continue to work as they did on the first day, with satisfactory intensity and quality for their size. There are better solutions for the same amount of money if we don't have a volume problem.
Very high quality construction, exceptional sound without distortion even at high volume. Bass is exactly as needed, RGB is excellent with many options... the only negative is the relatively high price, but you get what you pay for...
Extremely high-quality speakers in terms of sound and construction, while the volume is sufficient to start a small party. The bass is enough and pleasant even at low volume. They are not only intended for music but mainly for gaming, however, I needed small speakers for my desktop in a very limited space and these exceeded my expectations. Tested with a USB connection to the computer and Bluetooth on the mobile. I also found the source switching convenient. One wouldn't call them value for money, as they are quite expensive, but if we weigh quality, volume, and beauty, I recommend someone to spend the extra 30-40 euros and get them blindly.
I put a star because I burned out in six months. Of course, I was probably unlucky.
However, I was not satisfied with the sound either. The speakers are for gaming. They don't work well for music when you want to listen loudly. Similarly, Creative/Logitech, which I had before, had much better sound. Personally, they are not worth the money. Around €40 is okay
For their size, they perform particularly well, they have nice bass and clear sound. I only use them for music from Spotify at low volume, while working.
In general, I have experience with quite expensive sound constructions and I can have an opinion on whether they are good or not in terms of details on their acoustics.
An important factor for comparison is the size. It is not possible to compare speakers of different sizes, regardless of price category. That is, you first decide on the size and then compare speakers of the same size. If we increase the size, there are definitely better and higher quality speakers for the same amount of money from the same company. You get the G2000 with the main priority being the size, but you try to get the best possible sound from this small size. In order to get slightly better sound quality in this size, you have to pay four times the price (Audioengine A2+), and still, you will have worse sound than a larger speaker for €80.
It is important to have them properly positioned. The call they have on their base is to be placed on a stand and not on a desk. In order to have proper sound, you need to elevate them a bit. It is evident in the photo I am uploading with a makeshift solution until I find something better aesthetically.
What do I miss in these speakers?
-I would prefer a rotary volume switch for an absolutely immediate response. I will live with the buttons though.
-I would like to have bass and treble adjustment.
-It would be good if it was a 2-way speaker. Difficult in this size though.
You won't get the highest quality sound experience, but they are the best I have tried in their size. Very good. I think they have slightly better bass in move mode.
These speakers have very good sound, but if you use them for competitive video games, the surround sound is not good enough to understand where the opponent is (most of the time it's okay, but there are cases where I can't tell where the opponent is, whether they are above or below). For story games, movies, and music, they are simply perfect.
The best BLUETOOTH speakers without a woofer. And they have all the connections depending on the occasion (AUX, BLUETOOTH, USB).
I didn't like the USB connection, it glitched when I wanted to adjust the volume from the shortcuts on the mouse.... but with aux and Bluetooth, it works perfectly.
With Bluetooth, it reaches maximum volume!... I usually go up to 60% when listening to normal music... anything higher than that is too much.
UPDATE 27/2/202:
The speakers are very good and they haven't lost any performance after months, and I have some "details" to add.
1). AUX reaches a higher volume than USB.
2). BLUETOOTH has a 1-second lag at the beginning of videos but is comparable in quality and volume to AUX.
BLUETOOTH has interruptions in some games (not something crazy but it happens) and completely cuts off the sound in some "browser games"!!!
Anyone who wants to use it 100% with BLUETOOTH should keep all this in mind.
I mainly use them for gaming, but also for movies and music. They have a very clear sound and very good bass. You can increase the bass from the bass boost in the device settings on Windows. Personally, I disabled it and only use it for music. They are quite powerful for their size and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend it!
Very good for their price! Excellent sound. It only lacks in bass, which is not weak but if you want very strong bass you need to go for a 2.1 setup (there is the possibility to connect an external woofer to these speakers)
I have had them for 3 months already. I have tried them with USB, AUX, and Bluetooth.
They work equally well with mobile phones via Bluetooth.
They have incredible bass for their size! (I used to have Logitech speakers with a separate bass box)
Perfect for the office (music, work, movies).
I haven't tried them in the living room, but I would definitely go for something bigger.
I use them as computer speakers. They look very nice, the size is fine, and they have good sound. I also like the simple effect with the backlighting.
What I noticed is that if I connect them with USB to the computer tower, I have louder sound than if I connect them with aux to the computer monitor. I don't think this has to do with the speakers, I think it has to do with the aux of the monitor (otherwise the volume was satisfactory with aux, it's just that with USB directly to the tower it gives more).
*Update: The monitor had the sound set at 50%, so even with aux it's fine, I just adjusted the monitor!
First of all, I will start with the construction, which is plastic but very sturdy. The RGB is mainly unnoticed but has a nice aesthetic. As for the sound, guys, for casual use, I can watch a movie or even play gaming crystal clear. It doesn't have crazy bass, but it has enough for what it is and at the price it comes. Completely satisfied!
Update: Unfortunately, a few months later and with light use on the speakers, while I still believe that my purchase is correct, I encountered the most common problem with the speakers, the so-called hissing, a buzzing sound in the background constantly. Not problematic, but it does bother you when you're watching a movie in a relaxed state. Note that I have played music at maximum volume 20-30 times, and it shouldn't justify this issue. Other than that, it's generally worth it if you don't have space for a woofer in your office. Peace
