  Unfortunately, in such accessories you have to invest money. The price of this specific mask made me buy it, thinking that I would save some money, but as they say, cheap things end up costing you double. I couldn't wear it at all. Initially, it has very small openings for the ears, which results in them being irritated and pressed. The sleeve is very small, resulting in it squeezing your head without being able to focus on training. I endured wearing it for 1 minute. There is an adjustable strap, but personally, after 2 hours of trying, I couldn't make use of it, as I think the investment in its stickers is wrong. I bought it for 18€. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's better to spend money and get something reliable.
