Apart from all the positives mentioned in the other reviews, it is worth noting the amazing service from Inventor.
Having lost the dehumidifier's manual and having exceeded 2,000 operating hours, the filter change indicator did not go off (even after changing it, resulting in it not turning on).
I contacted them via email through their website, and within less than a minute, they called me and solved my problem. It is worth noting that:
- The dehumidifier has a 5-year warranty - So do not panic!
- You can activate the warranty through their website by entering the merchant's details + the Serial Number located on the right side of the dehumidifier.
Solution to the above problem:
- In case something similar happens to you, simply activate the dehumidifier and hold down the timer button for 5 seconds. This step may be required every x operating hours and it will reset the counter.
A company is serious when its service is equally good.
After a year and a half of good performance, error c8 occurred, which means coolant leakage. It was not hit or moved, so is it a material defect?

Well, one of the best systems I have ever bought in general. It works continuously in winter and summer due to the unique climate of the area. I live in the countryside across from a park, so the humidity, especially during the winter months, is unbearable. I bought it because I honestly couldn't sleep in the bedroom due to the humidity (headaches, bad smell, always wet tiles).
It does exactly what it says, very good dehumidification. I have honestly been saved by the drying function for clothes since I don't have a balcony, so the clothes would dry inside the house. Imagine drying sweatshirts and jeans in the room, it would skyrocket the humidity levels and it would take the clothes five days to dry.
At temperatures below 15 degrees, the defrost function will activate, lasting about half a minute, and the truth is that it repeats several times without bothering me or affecting the overall performance of the device.
It is a device that does the job in serious humidity situations, and I fully justify its price (purchase price €380). The noise is very normal for this type of machine, I don't understand what bothers some people. A similar dehumidifier (20lt/24h) from a well-known company falls far behind in terms of build quality and dehumidification levels. The WiFi could be better, but I share the internet with my neighbor who has the router, so I understand the frequent disconnection of the dehumidifier as it connects to 2.4GHz frequencies and not to the 5GHz frequency that my signal booster uses. In conclusion, invest without fear in spaces with serious humidity problems.
Important detail: If you have pets, it would be good to have the dehumidifier serviced once a year at an authorized store to avoid losing the warranty. (Some fine hairs and dust get inside the machine)
It's a great purchase, to tell the truth. There was no way I would spend 350 euros on a dehumidifier. I got it much cheaper! It does what it promises!
The worst thing is to set up the wifi application. You have to go into the router settings and write 2.4G in the existing network. This means that anything you already have connected will be lost and you have to reconnect everything from scratch. It is quite inefficient! It makes noise!
Hello! I recently bought this dehumidifier from a well-known chain of stores, as it was the last piece and they had it at almost half price. (It came sealed and "new", meaning it wasn't a display model). I had been searching for a dehumidifier for a while since I live on an island, so it is necessary during the winter months (and not only).
I bought it for two reasons:
1) because I found it at half price, and
2) because it also functions as an air purifier. In the house where I live, there is no extractor fan, and they are not willing to install one for me, so I couldn't cook like that because on one hand, there is humidity during cooking, and on the other hand, there are food odors, so I had to do something.
And I can say that I am completely satisfied.
- I don't use the UVC lamp part much, maybe I turn it on for an hour 3-4 times a week.
- The ionizer, on the other hand, is often activated in my device because I noticed that it does its job.
- The internet connection is very easy through the manuals.
- Extending the warranty is also an easy process.
In one word, I highly recommend it!
Tip: In my opinion, you should register the product for warranty before you start using the device, just in case.
I will start with the noise... Since many complain that it is noisy, I will simply mention that I have been using another dehumidifier for years which was about 10db louder. So, for me, this one is really like having the air conditioner on low mode. I can sleep comfortably in the same room on the low and medium settings. But this is subjective. I generally don't have a problem with noise.
As a dehumidifier, it does a very good job. The fact that it has a smaller tank than my previous one (4.1 liters) doesn't bother me at all and doesn't negatively affect anything because it is easier to remove and empty, while with the previous one there was no chance of it not making noise when being removed/inserted and not spilling water somewhere... I prefer smaller and convenience!
As an air purifier, it also creates a very good atmosphere. I have it in the living room and after some time of operation, you can feel the nice and clean atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi and the app are amazing, but I don't have a comparison with the previous one. However, you have complete control of the device from wherever you are. You can monitor the humidity level of the room as well as the atmosphere (pm2.5). The only negative thing is that when it is closed, which still shows the room humidity, it doesn't correspond to reality. As soon as it opens and starts working, it immediately adjusts to reality. (I mention this because I also have a hygrometer in the house in the same room and it generally agrees with the dehumidifier while it is operating).
Also, the app has the ability to create smart scenarios where the device can be activated or deactivated, such as setting it to start operating if the room humidity exceeds 65% or if the atmosphere is not clean or exceeds a certain value, etc., and vice versa for deactivation. Overall, the app is very good and essentially you don't need a remote control because your mobile phone is the best remote control!
The definition of quality in terms of construction materials. The wifi application is flawless. The dehumidification results are impressive. It's early November, I turn on the dehumidifier (80 sqm house) and after 2 hours I feel like I've turned on the heaters for heating.
Very good and high-quality dehumidifier! It reduces humidity to desired levels and you can actually feel the air cleaner, which is also noticeable from the dust in the room taking longer to appear. Personally, I don't have it running all day, I just turn it off when the humidity reaches desired levels. So, I don't need to have it on during the night when I sleep.
It doesn't work if it indicates a filter change even just in dehumidification.... unacceptable for a dehumidifier.... otherwise good.
Bought it 2 months ago. Decent in delivering what the company promises, perfect for drying clothes in a small room. Relatively less noisy in regular operation compared to others. Its defrost is not as frequent as mentioned in other reviews. Will come back again
This specific dehumidifier is very easy to use due to its mobile application and simple touch controls. It is affordable and efficient whenever needed. It is definitely worth the money as a dehumidifier. I will not comment in detail on the welcomed functions such as the UV lamp and ionizer, as I do not know if there is any real benefit or if it is just my perception. Personally, I believe they work, but it is purely subjective. However, I will comment on the noise it produces because it is not silent! It is definitely bothersome at all speeds (especially during clothes drying and less so in other situations), and I would not use it in a room where I also sleep. Of course, there is no dehumidifier with a compressor that is silent on the market today, so be prepared for compromises no matter which model you choose. However, if you have it in an adjacent space, it does not bother. The long warranty and the good reputation of the company in after-sales service are also a plus.
A significant difference compared to others is that the air purifier function can be activated separately (without dehumidification). Very good quality construction and the tank has a satisfactory size.
It is not the quietest dehumidifier, even in night mode, the noise is noticeable. Personally, it doesn't bother us even in the room at night.

Excellent machine. After hot baths in winter and other jungle-like situations, it does an amazing job.
If you have sufficient heating in your home, I would recommend completely forgetting about dessicants and going for this one. I also have a Meaco dessicant and it struggles much more to remove moisture while consuming twice as much electricity. With the cost of electricity nowadays, I think this one with a compressor is the way to go!
Fantastic build quality. Very effective. It reduced the humidity from 72% to 45% within a few hours and has since kept it stable. The WiFi and clothes drying functions are efficient. Just for drying, you need to put them in a small room for it to be more effective and immediate, not in the living room.
After 3 months of use in a 70sqm house, it is the best dehumidifier. Yes, it is a bit noisy, but if it is placed in a hallway and not in a bedroom, of course, on a low setting at night, it is very quiet. Besides, I don't think there is a silent dehumidifier at the moment. It reduces the humidity in the house from about 65%-70% to 45% in about 2 hours! The watts it mentions consume nothing more, and when it reaches the desired humidity, the consumption drops to a minimum! It is a 2-in-1, it cleans the air in the room as well! High construction quality, very good application on the mobile. Only two points are negative: 1. Relatively noisy (like all dehumidifiers). 2. Second and most importantly: defrosting is activated at least 5 times a day and in this mode it makes a lot of noise. And while the user manual mentions it as an exceptional condition of the device, it is a permanent operational characteristic of it.
The dehumidifier has a serious flaw: while you have activated the night mode and the noise level is low, it decides to defrost every half an hour, displaying the indicator P1 and for 5 minutes it increases the maximum speed, resulting in very unpleasant noise. In other words, if you want to sleep and have the dehumidifier on, simply choose another machine because with this one you will wake up every half an hour. In other aspects, it is reliable.

I think in the category of dehumidifiers, it is the only way to go, very good construction, it shows that the device is premium. It reduces humidity relatively quickly. It has the large HEPA filter and has 3 functions in one. The smartphone application works perfectly without any disconnections. Overall, it is a good investment for homes that have humidity. The wheels it has are amazing, without squeaking, and you can move the device from room to room. The noise is not too loud, only in the option for drying clothes.
What you should pay attention to before buying it.
1. With a meter, make sure that the house has humidity. In my case, for example, the humidity was at levels of 55 to 56, and with the dehumidifier, it can bring it down to 44. I believe that humidity starts above 60.
2. The price, although the construction is very good, I consider it an expensive machine.
3. You should calculate the cost of the filter, which needs to be changed every 6 months, I think, and the price is around 25 euros if I'm not mistaken
As mentioned by other users, a very powerful dehumidifier and air purifier. The super APP allows you to control it even if you're not at home. Also, very good for drying clothes if you put it in a small room. The only downside is the noise, as you can't have it in the room where you sleep.
Very good purchase, awesome dehumidifier. In our 80sqm ground floor house, located close to the sea and surrounded by fields, our area has a lot of humidity, around 90% as a standard. Inside our house, we had 82-85% humidity every day, but after getting this dehumidifier, we were saved! Its good points: it reduced the humidity in our house to 46% (working for almost 45 hours because we had a big issue), then I closed it and let it work on automatic mode. Now it keeps the house stable at 55% and only turns on occasionally if the humidity rises. The water tank is satisfactory for us, I empty it at most twice a day. The ionizer and air purifier work 100%, we have a dog inside the house and because it does its business on a pad, the air purifier takes care of any smell. The house no longer smells like mold and neither do the clothes. What else can I say? It's an awesome purchase, I hope I helped. As for the downsides, for some people, the noise it makes may be an issue, as it resembles a hood fan, but for me, it works like white noise and helps me sleep!

Well, let me start with the basics, an incredibly high-quality device. I bought the 25-liter one, which is suitable for 100 square meters, and I have it in a 60-square meter house in an area that only rains once a year from 11/01/2021 to 05/31/2022 non-stop. So, when the humidity levels rise, it quickly dehumidifies. As long as the room temperature is not below 15 degrees, the UV lamp and ionizer work great. In a room with a gas heater, there is no smell at all. The noise level is low and not bothersome on levels 1 and 2, but it is more noticeable during clothes drying. Power consumption is very low, around 4 to 5 hours per day. The design is great, and the WiFi functionality and control from a mobile phone are very good. It is a truly high-quality dehumidifier, and I am thinking of getting the 20-liter one for my office. An excellent choice
Very good product! I don't have much to write because it's not necessary. The only thing I will mention is about the noise that many people ask about. It's like an air conditioner that you put on turbo mode when it's on the highest setting.
The device does a great job in 110 square meters, but it also has a heater on a 24-hour basis (the house collects a lot of moisture, but the heater already helps in reducing it). In our case, it works with a specific schedule during the day, as it makes annoying noise. It quickly and easily does its job, reducing the humidity even below 45%, and effectively cleans the atmosphere. We noticed a significant difference in terms of dust and the atmosphere in the house. As for the noise, even in the low mode, if you don't close the bedroom door, you can hear it, which personally bothers us at night. The sleep mode it has is completely useless, as it makes exactly the same noise as the low manual mode, and it also goes into defrost mode (P1 appears on the screen), making a tremendous noise in complete silence.

It was purchased to have balanced humidity in the house and to clean the air in a 100sqm house since I have 2 small children.
My first priority was the noise because I had another one and it was very tiring.
Great build quality, maintains humidity at 50 with the low-speed setting, the humidity and air quality sensors have good accuracy, and most importantly, it is one of the quietest ones I have seen.
For example, I had the juro pro Perla 25l at a distance of 4 meters, the noise was 60db at low speed, and with the inventor, it was 25-30db, the difference was huge, with the juro pro it was as if we had a permanent vacuum cleaner on (it was very tiring)!

It is not silent at all. Even the low setting is audible. Also, when it defrosts (which takes about two minutes), the noise level increases significantly.
In terms of effectiveness, I am quite satisfied. It reduces humidity and I can feel the difference. However, it struggles after a certain point. No matter what humidity level I set it to, it never reaches it. For example, if I set it to 50%, it will stay around 52-53%.
I wish the water tank was a bit bigger. I have to empty it at least twice a day, but I have a lot of humidity. However, the transparent feature is very helpful as I can see the water level at any time.
The app is very user-friendly and convenient, but it is difficult to initially connect. It definitely requires switching the router to 2.4GHz, as it will never connect to 5GHz. Even on 2.4GHz, it still has difficulties, even though the app detects the device, it doesn't connect. Once the initial connection is established, everything works fine, and you can switch the router back to 5GHz without any issues. My friend had the same problem with a different model from Inventor.
