One of the best games in its genre, Assasin's Creed II is the first one I played and it offers everything. Top-notch storytelling, character development, a variety of different missions and puzzles, a large map for collecting items, great gameplay, beautiful graphics, and sound. The progression of the game teaches you how to use the skills you acquire along the way. It provides enjoyable hours of gameplay until you finish it!

The goty edition is a tremendous disappointment! How is it possible for the regular edition to run smoothly and the goty edition to have bugs and glitches...? I had it, sold it, and pre-ordered the regular edition again (amazing game, Assassin's Creed II, don't get me wrong). Try the goty edition and you will remember me.

As I read in other reviews and have experienced myself, you become very attached to the character, as you literally see him from birth. It is the game that made me fall in love with the series, my ps3, and the world of gamers in general! Absolutely no negatives. Realistic characters, perfect graphics, incredible improvement from the first game in the series, and a wonderful storyline.

Etzio is a simple young man in Florence, Italy, with a great sense of humor. Playboy, joker, and a tough guy. Top character.

But no one talked about Desmond, guys! The modern story goes hand in hand with Etzio's story. It's also a lot of fun. Funny conversations, perfect characters, and this whole story that is played out between two characters, I find it original.

If you liked it, you MUST definitely move on to Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Assassin's Revelations. The complete story of Etzio.
