The present 13th edition of the work "Administrative Procedure" is updated up to N 4607/2019 (Government Gazette A' 65/24.4.2019), which made amendments to the provisions of KEDE.

In particular, in addition to this law, the edition is updated with N 4583/2018 and N 4512/2018, which amended KEDE, N 4509/2017, which made changes to PD 18/1989 and the Code of Administrative Procedure, N 4491/2017, which also amended the Code of Administrative Procedure, N 4484/2017 and N 4472/2017, both of which amended KEDE, and finally N 4465/2017, which made changes to PD 18/1989 and the Code of Administrative Procedure. Mention is made in notes to KEDE and amendments made by N 4514/2018 regarding both the method of calculating overdue interest and the order of extinguishing a specific debt.

The Code of Administrative Procedure includes the basic legislation governing administrative justice, namely PD 18/1989 (Codification of laws concerning the Council of State regarding annulment disputes falling within the jurisdiction of the Council of State), N 2717/1999 (Code of Administrative Procedure) concerning substantive administrative disputes falling within the jurisdiction of regular administrative courts, and N 2690/1999 (Code of Administrative Procedure) concerning administrative procedure in general. In addition, this work includes the updated provisions of N 1406/1983 (Completion of the jurisdiction of regular administrative courts, establishment of the General Directorate of the Council of State of regular administrative courts, and regulation of certain other matters), which completed the jurisdiction of regular administrative courts and regulated their competence, N 702/1977 (Regarding the referral of cases to administrative courts, replacement, amendment, and repeal of provisions of PD 170/1973 concerning the Council of State) concerning both the annulment jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Appeal and substantive administrative disputes falling within the jurisdiction of administrative courts, as well as PD 356/1974 "Regarding the Code of Collection of Public Revenues". Already from the 3rd edition, the provisions of N 3900/2010 and N 4055/2012, which concern the institutions of pilot trial and fair satisfaction of parties for exceeding the reasonable duration of administrative justice, were included in the collection.
