It is a fact that on its own it has a terrible taste, but with yogurt, a few fruits and/or honey it makes a wonderful meal for before or after your workout. It is plant-based, organic, gluten-free and chemical-free, highly recommended.

Good protein, but its solubility is not the best. Its taste is also not the best. The one similar to arakas is much superior in taste and also dissolves better.

Full amino acid profile. No sweeteners, natural taste. Relatively high fat content (which is of high quality). One of the best choices.

I mix All Bio pumpkin seed, hemp, and pea protein. I make a gluten-free & lactose-free smoothie with sweeteners of my choice. It definitely doesn't have a chocolate flavor (...) but other than that, the result is very beneficial.

The taste is not good, it dissolves better in water instead of milk, I did not try using it as an additive in soups, etc. as the instructions say, it seems to be less processed and more nutritious than other proteins.

When I bought it, I had in mind plain pea protein and soy protein that I could turn into a neutral cream with a little water and add fruits or cereals inside. This protein has a very strong taste that I personally don't like, and now I'm looking for recipes to see how it can be consumed pleasantly. It also has a fairly high percentage of fat compared to the others, if I'm not mistaken
