However, we were completely disappointed with its purchase. It is simply a steam cleaner and nothing more. It is such a bulky device that it causes tendonitis, it does not clean well, and it cannot mop under any circumstances. It fills the floor with water and spreads the dirt, which it does not dry or vacuum. Money wasted. Since it cannot be returned, if you are looking to buy something, it is better to get a very good vacuum cleaner, mop with a regular one, and look for a good steam cleaner. And do not trust the salesman when he tries to convince you that you are not using it correctly, but it does not do what it promises. For a device that costs about 800 euros, we expected at least what it promises.

Purchased in September 2021, I wanted to give it some time. It is bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable. For a 160sqm house that needs general cleaning three times a week, I developed tendonitis. If the floor is not very well swept, you cannot simultaneously mop as the dirt sticks. So it's better to get a regular-priced broom and then use the classic mop. I really wasted my money. The accessories are quite, but not particularly high quality. The small colored brushes with the wires bend the first time and are useless. What a shame

As a vacuum cleaner, it is very powerful with great suction on its brush and special brushes for pet hair. The best part of it all is that it vacuums, mops, sanitizes, and dries all at once. And extremely convenient, kids, I recommend it!
