Bought for sim racing, without demanding 60fps, terrifying issue with free sync, without it, it simply breaks and with it, it sometimes creates such a flicker that destroys your mind.
Skip it, just don't maintain halfway, I fell for it.
I understand that it is a budget screen, that's why I bought it as a second one for office work. Its colors are very bad, I feel quite tired from it. Also, the viewing angles are unacceptable. I will consider replacing it at some point.
Today arrived at the laboratory. (272 Euro).
I probably made a wrong purchase. Very wide compared to the HP 27 G4 (60Hz) that is next to it.
I see it well, but I wouldn't buy it again.
Its base only tilts forward and backward, and that's a little... :(
Connections HDMI (2) + Display Port...
I will come back after a few days for more impressions...
Owner of this specific screen for about 2 months. It's my first monitor and I love it. It was mainly purchased for everyday use, for school work and gaming.
Installation is very easy and fast, the screen weighs about 5 kilograms, its base is quite bulky, in my opinion, that's why I have it on a wall mount.
Choosing an ultrawide option is for someone who aims for productivity since you can divide the screen into as many parts as you want. (Personally, due to programming, half with script for code and half with Chrome, notes, etc.). I haven't used its speakers at all since I have my own speakers on top. Another plus is the audio jack port. Small bezels.
A negative point would be that if you're not centered on the screen, the viewing angle from the sides is strange and you can't see very well.
Overall, I believe it's worth its money for the purposes it serves.
