Description
The Grandstream HT802 offers routing capabilities, allowing users to connect their analog telephone devices to a managed and powerful VoIP network. It features two easy-to-use FXS ports, encryption with a unique security certificate per device, automated provisioning for mass deployment and management.
- Supports two SIP profiles through two FXS ports and one 10/100Mbps auto-sensing RJ45 Ethernet port.
- TLS and SRTP encryption technology for call and account protection.
- Automated provisioning options, including TR-069 and XML configuration files.
- Supports three-way conferencing. The SIP server automatically redirects to the secondary server if the main one loses connection.
- Use it with Grandstream's UCM IP PBX series for Zero Configuration provisioning.
- Supports advanced telephony features such as call transfer, call forwarding, call waiting, do not disturb, message waiting indication, multilingual prompts, flexible dial plan, and more.

I connected 2 devices - voip numbers on them and the second device did not connect (register). After a phone call with the provider company and some settings they told me to do, the problem still existed. After searching on the internet, the problem was in the sip port.
For anyone who has the same problem, the solution is as follows (at least it worked for me):
By configuring the FXS PORT 1, we enter the settings provided by the provider. By configuring the FXS PORT 2, we enter the settings again but use a different sip port.
