Very good nozzle, with many alternative flow options.
With this, the positives end. The negatives:
1. Placed on a balcony that is not directly hit by the sun, within about two years the spiral, which is made of hard polymer, began to dry out resulting in losing its elasticity and "tearing" at the points where it moves a lot (mainly near the nozzle). Temporarily, the tears are treated with Super Glue and bandaging with insulating tape, but new ones keep opening constantly.
2. Its length is only theoretically 20 meters. In reality, the opening of the spiral (due to its stiff material) gives a usable length of about 10 meters (that is, half).

Conclusion: Practical yes, due to the spiral and the small space it occupies, but its material is of very mediocre quality and the product has rather limited lifespan.

The plugs on the edges are of very poor quality, they break easily and whatever you have attached to them falls off. Otherwise, it is a spiral rubber, okay

If it had the option to not give even one star, I would have done it!
Very poor quality! Very hard rubber. Today I received it, I put it on and where it connects to the faucet, when I turn on the water, it leaks from the connection, causing water to spill out. I went to change it and the leg that goes inside the rubber broke, so I had to cut the rubber to put another one from a different hose that I had, which was very difficult to insert because the rubber is very hard. Then the nozzle started coming off from the front, so I used another nozzle from a store that I had bought and used it for 10 minutes to do my job. I had bought another one from a different company that gave me a problem in a year and a half and I had bought it at the same price, so I would not recommend this at all to anyone! Very bad product!

At first glance, it doesn't seem like it's for 20 meters. However, the two times I used it for car washing, it works well.
