Quite a good product. It does what it says. Because it is made of metal, it costs a little more, but it is much more stable than plastic. The plastic one we had (and broke) didn't stay stable, it lost its position due to the weight, and when we finally tightened it, it broke.
The installation is very simple. I give it a 4 because the range of motion is somewhat limited.
