This book is intended for everyone who wants to learn real driving, not just for those who want to get a license. It should be accompanied by appropriate practical training and practice.

The manual - because it is a manual and not a book - titled: "Driving License. How to get it on the first try (theory-practical-exams) and real driving" that you are holding in your hands is connected with the long-term personal effort of Apostolos Bougatsas, an economics university graduate, and Ioannis Bougatsas, a Mechanical Engineer at the TEI, in order to have in your hands the most comprehensive manual-guide for the information of candidates and graduate drivers.

The collection of material started in 1986, when Apostolos Bougatsas, coming from Canada, founded together with his collaborators and following Canadian standards, the first driving school in Marousi, where he started teaching theoretical lessons, at a time when no one was taking theoretical lessons, not only in Greece but also in the whole world. The reactions of fellow trainers were discouraging, but we continued our effort, because they were very effective in practical learning, so in 2000 the compulsory teaching of theory in all vehicles was imposed by law, and we were justified for our effort.

The reason for organizing theoretical lessons started from the need that we felt as teachers, for reasons of transmissibility only, to inform the candidates about some basic knowledge that is required (mechanics and traffic education), in order for the practical training of new drivers or retraining drivers to proceed effectively inside the car.
This knowledge had to be given to the candidates with images.

Today, after 30 years of teaching experience, we are pleased to present this manual to drivers of all vehicles, whether they have a license or not.

The goal of the authors is to inform each interested person in a pleasant and entertaining way, about how you can drive at your own pace and with what is provided by the Highway Code, without disturbing and delaying other road users, as well as about where and how you can make Forced violations while also following the rules of Road Safety.

Also, to be able to assess your responsibility in a possible involvement in any accident.

Our goal is to inform learner drivers and their guardians about what they can expect from their instructors and examiners, and at the same time, to compel instructors and examiners to operate with the candidate's learning in mind, because now interested parties through this book will also know the finer details of the rules of our guild.

The manual includes all the exercises with their analysis, from the Ministry of Transport: and the Appendix that should be used in parallel includes all the necessary theory.

-Under each question of the state book with the answers, the authors' explanation is recorded, along with supplementary images and other references, which cover all the necessary knowledge and therefore there is no need to purchase the state book.
